  1. It is not easy for everyone to adapt to these changes. You know, some people have mobility issues and do not have the ability to use their hands like all others. You better think twice before you implement such important changes. At least give us the option to choose the way we want to use the keyboard.

    Probably Juggernauts face the same issue like us. They can't logged in the game and when they manage they get kicked out in few seconds/minutes. I did saw one after I manage to join a battle but he was gone too quick. Thanks Tanki!!! I really enjoyed this event! It was really fun trying so hard to join a battle and manage to see a Jugernaut!!!!!

    I will change my laptop soon as I am facing issues with the old one. Does the below system characteristics are good enough to play the game without any issues?     Great event! Just give me a call when you will manage to solve the issues you face the last couple of months, and we will be able to play the game! You are running events, games (Trick-or-Treat), daily missions, special missions, discounts in shop but the servers are down, and players can't even log in to play and win the rewards of those events or buy from the shop. Nonetheless you presented the new v-log episode to informed us for all the events happening in the game, but you forgot that we can't play the game at least for the last 2 days. instead of the v-log or the announcement of the new event you better inform your customers when we will be able to play. The announcement you post in forum it's just so general without saying anything we all know. Servers will be back in a week? In 2 weeks? Next year? You just let us try and try to log in, the last 2 days with no luck and you just play with our patience. We just get a "system error" when we try to log in and you direct us to solutions to solve the problem, but you know this will not help at all as the problem it's all yours! Sorry to tell, but your attitude towards your customers it's at least unprofessional.

    We can't register and log in. Forget about the celebrations and parties and solve the serious issues you have for more than a week now. its getting really frustrating. Show some respect and explain the real situation to us. All previous announcements by facts were not valid.

    Where are the mods and admins to inform people about the serious problems? You made an announcement 2 days ago that you face technical problems........2 days after problems are worst and everybody is hiding. Just inform your customers.....many of them pay to play........that you are incompetent to solve the problem and to may be try again next week Sorry to tell, but this is not a professional behavior at all.

    Sorry to tell but that's not an experiment....it’s a disaster! I decrease the quality to minimum and still can’t play a normal game. Takes ages to load, and after many trials and after restarting the client for several times you are already in the middle of the game. and If your lucky enough without any serious lags.

    Hi, Thanks for your reply. I did that twice, as I mentioned they admit that it was their problem. They just don't care, it's obvious. I also contacted my bank but they told me that the transactions were successfully completed. I don't have any other option.

    Can someone explain to me how it’s possible that you have made 2 purchases with your credit card from the shop, your transactions have been completed normally, your money has deducted from your account and you have not received anything you bought! I have contacted the support, I have given all the details, they have admitted that the problem was theirs but they refuse to give me back my money or at least what I bought!!! And all this is happening to someone who has been supporting this game since 2011. I'm really sorry about the time and money I've wasted but I will not stay here. I will claim what I am entitled by all legal means.

    Thanks for destroying our game. I am playing the game since 2011 and because of your updates even if I want I can't play in HTML5 or new client. Full of lags, keeps loading, and when you manage to get in, the game is already at the end. I want to play but I can't. Time to go thanks to you!

    You just want us to move to HTML5? or you want us to move and continue playing the game in HTML5? Then you better fix all the lag and loading issues first.
