? I'm sorry, but what I told him/her was to contact an admin if they fail to receive their promocode even after a weeks time. I guess I wrote it in a weird way which made it seem like I'm advising them to contact an admin right after they win.

Hello, It will take about a weeks time for you to receive your promocode, if you still didn't receive it then you may contact @The.L-E-G-E-N-D. Live-streams offer free promocodes that reward you with several in-game items like Premium account, Containers and Gold Boxes. They don't give promocodes to everyone that watches the stream, one lucky player who uses the promocode First gets the advantage. You can also win some by participating small games in the stream. All promocodes can only be used once, that is, once a player (any player) uses the promocode, it becomes unavailable to anyone that uses that same code in the future. You can sometimes find promocodes in eSports Live-streams and V-Logs etc., you can also receive promocodes by winning official Events, Giveaways, Contests etc.

Not sure or at least I didn't see anyone's battery being consumed while they used this drone. It could've also been the "Bug" because I didn't see anything about batteries not being consumed in any Official topics.

Can you explain what you mean by "can't change my name"? Do you mean renaming your Tanki Online account?

Hey, Maybe try ending TO Client task (from Task Manager) and re-opening TO. Also, Tanki Flash seems to be a bit buggy today, lags a lot and crashes very often so give it some time.

I investigated a bit and found out that the «Crisis» Drone does not require batteries to work and also that it can only boost up the power/effect of one supply at a moment while disabling other supplies and instantly charges them (the other 2 supplies) up, which makes you be able to switch between supplies at the right moment (again, you can only keep one supply activated if you're using the «Crisis» drone but can switch whenever you want to). So overall you don't have to spend batteries (This video helped me.) to activate your drone, The «Crisis» drone does not have a reload time, i.e. it’s effect works permanently (About Crisis Drone). And you can't use all 3 supplies at once, if it did/does happen to you then there's a chance it could be a bug so please provide a screenshot or some sort of an evidence so that a Moderator can report this problem to the Developers.

Hello, I don't own Crisis drone so I don't know much about it, but I do know that all drones require Batteries to work. which is why I don't get what you mean by "Crisis drone(7/20 upgrade) with batteries it increases the effect of one supply while disabling others, however, without batteries I was able to use multiple supplies at one time without dealing with cooldown whatsoever." There hasn't been a Patch Update yet, you can follow the Web Version Patch Notes and the Mobile Version Patch Notes to know if there is a patch update. (I could be wrong so if you have more knowledge on the Crisis drone and believe I am, in fact wrong, then please post a better answer)

That's a good question! I tested a mine with Hornet's OD and found out that the OD does help the mine to deal maximum damage to the tank that steps on the mine.

Do as Spinister said. You can also complete the Special Missions on your PC through a browser or an HTML5/Flash Client (You can make progress on your missions on Flash version of Tanki after visiting the Special tab in the Missions in HTML5 version of Tanki or the TO Mobile)

Have you tried clearing the cache? Since you were talking about uninstalling and re-installing Tanki, I will take it as you're using TO Flash Client, go to this link if you're unsure on how to clear TO Flash Client's cache.
