This is more of a logical change. When someone is killed by blaster, on the kill feed it says blaster killed that player first instead of what triggered the player with blaster to die and kill the other player (if the player was killed/self destructed). The way this is coded also was a problem during the event modes. Sometimes when someone caught a "m-m-monster kill!" super gold and the player who triggered the event killed a blaster, the blaster would steal some of the monster kills from the player who caught the super gold (i forgot to take a screenshot of when this happened). So for both a logical and fairness sense, this should be changed. Who kills someone with blaster should be listed first on the kill feed. I also think the kill feed should be longer by 2 rows.

What Is Your Opinion About the Current State of Tanki Online?
Mr.Phoenix replied to TheCongoSpider in Game Discussion
You're talking about the majority. You can be good if you're f2p but you just have to play for a while to get heaps of augments and other things. I'm f2p and I have almost every legendary augment and I've maxed all my equipment except some prots. Also, you failed to recognise how important skill is. You proceeded to explain how 9999 GS buyers can't turn turret or play properly (btw, most of them actually play properly, it's that default 8k GS legend players that are annoying). 8k GS players can easily be good at the game if they have a good combo. The main problem is people don't have consistency in the game. They don't do all their daily missions and fail to understand how to save/spend tank coins and crystals. How hard is it to buy a good epic augment like corrosive mix for freeze and upgrade the turret, a good medium hull and a drone (prots aren't important). It's just people complain that they get beaten by better GS players but it's just their knowledge of the game isn't up to scratch, they don't play enough or they're just bad at the game. Tanki has gone past the buyer phase. Buying nowadays mainly incorporates getting hard-to-get skins or augments when there are already easy alternatives to obtain f2p. Supplies are so easy to get nowadays as well. So your whole comment makes no sense. At legend level, almost everyone is above 7k GS, 10x stronger equipment my mum. Most legend players have 8k + GS easily, and the difference between that and 9999 GS, coupled with actual skill is quite small. You also didn't mention combo battles. An 8k GS player with the right combo can beat a 9999 GS player in a mismatch encounter. Finally, radar, hardly anyone uses it to their advantage. I've had people say I was hacking when I turned around and killed them on spawn. It isn't a noob buyer issue. Does this all make sense? -

Most buyers know how to play the game, this comment makes no sense. If a team is bad already you should be close to top 3 regardless of people leaving. Also that thing about f2p people leaving before pro battles doesn't make sense. -
So we gonna let everyone participate and get a free legendary hull augment? Seems fair, right? Also, when you buy the pass you get put into a team, how do you expect that to happen if you don't pay tank coins to participate in the first place?

Due to free nickname change, I changed my nic to Mr.Phoenix you can still call me tomo or just Phoenix, just wanted a rebrand

Should I change my nickname or leave it the way it is? -
Weekly Tanki struggles below: - Smoky: Aiming system seems wacky, you might want to look at that. - Isida: Aiming at a very close range is buggy on standard settings. Is this normal? - Gauss: Full of bugs, for my case, no damage bug for salvo happens on the client and not on the browser version of the game. The delay in fully locking onto a tank in salvo mode is annoying also, not sure if this is intended. Sometimes, salvo shots don't hit targets moving really fast or tanks that quickly move behind walls. Not sure if this is supposed to happen. Is the salvo shot considered a solid projectile then? - When picking up or delivering an objective (ball or flag etc), when at high speeds, sometimes the objective isn't delivered/captured/taken. Is this intentional? - Hopper: Overdrive when stationary and tank flipped over is unpredictable, sometimes you flip back over or just jump up and land back upside down. Am I doing something else? Why is this? - When switching tabs when finding a battle, the game freezes for 10 seconds when switching back at times before loading into battle, can also result in no damage bug which everyone know's about/anti-cheat mechanism idk. - When quickly entering missions from another task, sometimes it isn't possible to claim missions, resulting in having to reload the game to claim them. - When quickly entering the garage from another task, the garage constantly loads, you have to reload the game for it to work again. - Containers: Weekly container glitch when quickly opening them from another task, don't open properly, and have to reload the game to open them. Normal containers opening animation delay before reward animation appears.

No I meant because I switched to zombies, I have 0 test tubes, and I'm asking if I need test tubes to qualify to get freeze legacy.
-
I have a question, I completed all individual tasks and was originally in the Immunes. I changed to Zombies literally 10 mins before server restart and I knew very well that my personal progress would reset but I decided that Freeze Legacy would be worth more than the rewards (already have Helios and Vacuum shells and don't need other rewards). However, I'm worried that as my progress is now on 0 now that the event has ended, I won't get Freeze Legacy. So what I'm asking in short is, "If you're on the winning team, do you need to have Test Tubes to qualify to get Freeze Legacy?"

What Is Your Opinion About the Current State of Tanki Online?

I feel like Tanki is thinking smarter now. Sure the game isn't as fun or nostalgic as it used to be, but the balance between accessing certain augments/paints/equipment is getting thinner now which is great. Although this game is still heavily pay2win, new players can get their hands on stuff much easier and faster now. I also love the new tutorial system even as a veteran, just makes things seem more informative whilst not annoying to get through when you just want to start playing. As the current state of the game is the introduction of Crisis XT, adding Scorpion to containers and Chaos Damage, I feel Tanki should focus more on aesthetics/graphics/interfaces as the game has enough new tangible or ground breaking additions for now and they should strive to make the game look and operate better. -
I think we should have a reward system for the amount of paints we get. For example, you reach 10 legendary paints and earn 5 normal containers or 50 tankcoins or something. You could do this for all rarities but let's just say you reach 200 paints all up, you could get a free paint from all rarities except legendary. Paints used to be a unique aspect of the game with the protection modules and camouflage playing an important part in the older versions of the game. Nowadays, they're just something you collect and don't use most of the time and only for show. A reward system like this could really make things more fun in collecting certain paints as there aren't many reward systems outside missions and stuff related to that.

Scorpion XT looks dope ngl

Been a while since on forums, probably over a year, decided to hop back on, I think these avatars are recent but idk, I'm sure some of you know me in game but I don't talk much here. You may see me on discord though so idk. Just saying here, probably should say something related to this post. Hammer is very underrated rn. Although with prots it becomes one of the weakest turrets imo, those status effects and changes in each augment are really helpful, great idea to nerf them as they're too versatile for what they're worth. Hopefully Chaos Damage doesn't turn into certain augments or something but idk. Other stuff was pretty much needed, jack-in-the-box looks cool, ty for opening chat to the enemy again. I hope heavy hull tankers don't ruin the new delay after a tank is destroyed, kinda a good idea and a bit of nostalgia which can involve tactics to block enemy tanks. That's my main thoughts, along with the juiced rewards to the fund coming out tomorrow, this game is becoming more enjoyable imo, even though the difference between skill and gear of players has changed a lot. The new additions to this game was probably for the best, make it suit today's standard and make the game cooler while trying not to ruin it. I'm liking the way this game is going now, if only changes didn't happen so fast and everyone decided to not leave, we're missing players tbh...

A while back we were previewed of an update coming to Clans. Things like adding more members beyond the 12 max at the moment with tankcoins is what I remembered the most. Is it possible for the community to get more information from this as is has been quite a while since it was first mentioned and we don't know much else. If this happens, would there be a feature to change/appoint clan leaders by members if the leader has been inactive for a while or a system that automatically appoints someone else for the role?
