Day one: (i'll try to give one every now and then, hopefully my answers might change over time) The pace of the meta has slowed down SIGNIFICANTLY. My god it's so slow it hurts. The campers are much harder to kill (magnum users specifically who like to hide behind a wall practically being immortal), its extremely difficult to stop light hulls from just brute forcing their way into a point and it's hard to come back from a deficit thanks to the lower time limit (especially for Assault and Siege). However, I do like the HP boost solely because it makes destroying someone require more skill. Furthermore, I hope they lower the requirements for the missions regarding score, crystals and kills because I don't see myself scoring more than 300 and killing more than 10-15 on a consistent basis with this update. The battle funds are absolute doo doo. Weapons that lost their viability: Railgun. Everyone and their mom was already running railgun protection and with the removal of the old hornet OD, it's not making an impact on any battle field. If you just bought Death Herald, rip. Weapons that are noticeably weaker than before: Gauss & Thunder (takes a bit too long to get the job done), Shaft (can no longer one shot). Drones: Booster drone helps speed up the process of killing the enemy but defender drone user is so much more annoying to deal with thanks to the HP boost (makes me miss the old hornet OD). Tanks that I personally don't recommend: Dictator because it takes longer to get its OD in this new format (less kills and easier to get hit). Recommended turrets and tanks: Gauss (EMP shot only), Wasp, Hopper, Titan (very recommended), Viking (very recommended), Rico, Firebird, Smokey, and Magnum (very recommended). Augments recommended: Anything that burns others and burn immunity. EMP immunity (for Gauss specifically), the new piercing augments if you can get your hand on one. Modes that are "less fun": Juggernaut, Assault, and Siege. I would avoid these if possible. Modes that are more fun: TD Tldr: This update no muy bueno.

These missions are pretty good. Glad they got rid of the whole "Complete x missions and you receive reward"

I really like the burn and stun, making those with maxed out gear more vulnerable. The bounce mechanic is really fun as I can now finally YEET myself out of tricky situations lol Hopefully it becomes more available to the general public soon.

At this point, they might as well call the garage self destruct bug a "new feature" because they aren't fixing it any time soon by the looks of it. Is this a thing on flash because if not, it just proves even further that html5 is not that much better than flash despite being advertised as such lol Can you explain a bit more? I hate to see people with GS 3-7k going up against me, let alone people with a maxed out GS. Watching them die (over and over again) is no fun. Moreover, no amount of support is going to close that gap between them either (which is why i stopped playing with dictator). Essentially, in my opinion, not matching by GS turns the game away from team work and into a solo game.

I don't get it. Why don't they just scale the XP to crystal ratio towards rank? Lower ranks (say Recruit up to General) get 2:2 while higher ranks (Marshal to Legend) get the full 4:2 boosts. At least that way they don't screw over the new players and give them an incentive to stay. Can you see me shaking my head?

Incendiary mix for max damage possible and you're hesitant to use supplies so I would suggest compact tanks to make full use of the short time you'll have on the battle field lol

In general, I always see players with Vulcan + incendiary band + Titan always putting in work. Vulcan and Hornet with RAT augment is decent without drone and good with drone. Its fun watching it shred through defenses like butter with hornet OD. However, based on experience, it can be a bit streaky at times.

Nah, a murder hunter would be possible if they could do more than that, such as having the ability to take away a % of OD charge. (i.e I have 50% OD charge but when hunter activates OD, I would have less than 50% OD Charge)

Players: Complaints about Scout, Hornet, Gauss, MM, etc... Tanki: Yeah, Freeze needs re balancing.

Pretty much this. Also players w/ scout rail + hornet and their annoying knock back. Speaking of hornet, hornet + magnum players are especially annoying and hard to deal with because as soon as they gain any momentum they are impossible to take down.

That is quite... DARING. Badump tsss. But yeah, EMP immunity + 50% protection against Gauss is hell of a counter against EMS.
