Admin's job and Helper's job are very different. Pretty much simple. It's like you are playing treasure hunt. It's a team of 10. If everyone goes out in their own ways, it's gonna go haywire. So, 2 people are set out as leaders, who use their brains and instruct the other 8 to move and think in a certain way, which makes work easy. Administration and Moderation in my opinion are two totally different jobs, which cannot be compared. No fire, it's just an opinion
