    Hacked?

Erm... Is there any way I can tell if my account has been hacked? I've had a couple of bans lately when I KNOW I've behaved myself, for a change, and today I discovered my boosted damage supplies had been boosted by 5k. I'm using a downloaded client. Is there a log I can check for sign-in times and dates?
  2. And yet 'contracts'; stays as it is? How difficult is it to design a functioning UI?
  3. I'm getting this every time a game starts: SYSTEM ERROR Unknow error TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'wi9_1')

    Tanki Online turns 14!

Not true, actually. In the last four months I have obtained Crisis drone and Drive augment from ultra containers.

    Garage Problem

Me too. I REALLY hope I'm not stuck with Mammoth + Isida+Nano over the weekend... ?
  6. Ah, ok. Thanks for the heads-up,
  7. Congratulations! ? ? ...and thanks for the token of apology. ? Now I can test out my new graphics card from the Black Friday sale...
  8. We all moan about various aspects of the game, but most of us have your back over this. Good luck!

    A token of apology

    Thank-you, that's very generous. ?
  10. How long do you have to wait before the prizes from one complete circle land in your account?

    Anyone Else Unable to Upgrade?

I've just sent a complaint to the Tanki team about an issue I'm having, and I'm wondering if I'm the only one to have the problem? Since before the summer sales I've been unable to upgrade my equipment. I paid over a million crystals out to upgrade my tank using the 50% promos, but nothing seemed to have upgraded. I double checked a few days ago with Ricochet, paying 15k to upgrade it. When I looked this morning, expecting to see 17k for the next upgrade, it's still on 15k. Any one else experienced this? It's cost me a fortune in crystals.

    Game is Crashing Frequently

Very probably DDoS. A mod on here posted that it had gone away - rather optimistically - but here it is on another big promo weekend, causing havoc. Maybe if the devs spent less time on annoying jack-in-the-box explosions and designing forum avatars suitable for seven-year-old kids, they could properly address the ongoing attacks? My guess is that it's unlikely the issue will magically go away while-ever there's a 'special operation' going on. But it's just a guess.

    New bonus box design

Love the new designs, well done! The jumping supply dropper is a little distracting though. At first I thought it was a jump hacker, but now whenever I see it I think it's a Crisis hopper. On steroids. Love the container design, but the hopping thing should be retired quietly.

    Bugs and Glitches Reports

I've finished at least three matchmaking battles in DM mode and it's still showing 0/10 for the Serpentarium mission. IGNORE THAT. My mistake, I'm playing TDM. ?

    Bugs and Glitches Reports

It's not a bug, and not a glitch, but it's damn annoying when English speaking players see this notice in Rugby and CTF : 'Allies has scored a goal' and 'Allies has captured a point'. And, of course: 'Enemies has scored a goal', and 'Enemies has captured a point'. 'Allies' and 'Enemies' are both plural, so 'have' should be used in place of 'has'. For example: 'Allies have scored a goal'. It's needed correcting since rugby was introduced into the game.

    Tanks in Space

Yep. It was a con. That's the last time I fall for your dumb challenges.

    Tanks in Space

This smacks of getting players very close to the Crisis drone prize so that they'll be tempted to fork out cash in the shop for the missing energy. Just put the damn drone in the game along with the others, and stop squeezing cash out of people that can ill afford it.

[Project] Best Hopper Spot in Map

I hate mouse control. I never thought of switching back when I'd edged up a wall, so thanks for the tip.

    Aleksandrovsk Magnum Visual Guide

I made this for my own amusement, but it's here if anyone is interested. It's a visual guide to the power required to hit certain key targets on the Aleksandrovsk map by a magnum, hidden in a classic camping position. The elevation was set at 25 degrees. Magnum haters will hate it with a passion. I have to say I've never used magnum in my life, it just seemed like a fun exercise, blasting away and checking out where the mines had landed. ? LINK

    Continuing experiments

Too - many - tanks. I could barely move without getting killed, usually by one of the long-range turrets that now make the game look like a laser light show. I liked the fact that gold drops seem to have stopped, that should shut the beggars up. I'll not be playing the game after today, not until the trial is over.

    Mad Tanks!

I was dreading yet another detrimental update (albeit in the form of a test run), but I was delighted to find that the game was much improved, for the most part. The smaller teams enhanced playability, and reduced the random element that has crept into gameplay with the introduction of overdrives. It felt more 'tactical', though bizarrely teamwork seemed to suffer in process. As a Juggernaught, in particular, I was well and truly on my own, and it was rare to find a team slipping into defense mode with 1 kill up and thirty seconds to go. I missed the larger maps, but actually preferred playing the smaller ones. In fact the first thing I noticed with the return of the large maps was just how many laser sights were skipping around, making progress across the map a bit of a lottery. Having more space to manoeuvre made for a refreshing change, reducing the likelihood of not be taken out by a long-tange turret the moment I popped my head around a wall. I found I was able to position myself more effectively. I loved what you did with the Viking overdrive, and was dismayed when returning to the old format to realise how horribly short its duration is. On the other hand, I found my Railgun pretty much nerfed and useless in the trial format, apart from in Juggernaught when I was lucky enough to grab a nuclear energy. But the way, I really wish you'd do something to sort the nuclear/Jug issue out. It's incredibly annoying for a Viking to get his overdrive up to 100%, sprint across the map to challenge the Jug, only to lose every bit of it when his team's Jug dies, forcing the fully-boosted Viking to unexpectedly take his place. At the very least it should be given back the to player as soon as he dies as a Jug, but I'd personally much prefer opting out of being a Jug in the first place, in favour of hunting them down. As for the time format, I was happier with seven minutes. I found it easier to claw my way back from a bad start (or forced to be Jug, having a relatively low gear score), and as a Viking user I found I was a little less reliant on those nuclear drops, having a little more time to build up my overdrive.
