Valid From what you said it does seem like it is a disadvantage for mobile users, tags have been updated. Hopefully, there can be an in-game update for this in the near future!

Declined This doesn't seem like a feature that needs to be added to the game, as players already can even themselves which a couple of key movements. You may do it by turning your turret using the joystick and shooting when the turret is perpendicular to the ground, just like in the client version.
