Make the maps with AlternativaEditor (AE) and test them with Tanks Testing Tool (TTT). And I remember Legacy now. I don't have the .xml for it.

Moving water and a sand storm would probably cause lag. Good thought though. Simple idea, I like. I know who Im gonna call when i need help naming a map. lol When I hear floating randomness, I think of the floating islands in the movie Avatar. Would that be something to go from?

There are many reasons. Some would say the community isn't ready for rewards such as paints. There isn't really anyone to put on these tournaments (there is now). More tournaments are planned.

Its up to the user to post their ideas, they don't have to. If you make a map of your idea, then there's not really much of an idea left to steal.
