It is stupid in my opinion, the old massacre was a completely unique style of game where you didn't have to go to the enemies base to grab the flag, and for that one can play 999 flag massacre without waiting for server restart Also, as someone in my clan mentioned, it will make it much easier for noobs to sabotage the game by grabbing flags and jumping off the map.
