Then you have access to bronze contracts which give you 2 energy per 5000 rep points. And knowing there are some tiles that push you back it will take you forever to complete. Not worth the time rather buy my way up than waste it.

Are you using gauss thats lower than mk7? If so it gets better. Mk 7+ gauss has an absurdly fast lock time.
