Decharge is the opposite of supercharge. It prevents the enemies from getting critical shots. It will be available for hunter's OD as well as hornet's. For hornet it lasts for 8 seconds and enemies within the AP range of the OD. For hunter it is the person that got stunned, EMPed, basically all the tanks that touched the lightning that flew out of the tank while ODing. For augments this will be available for hammer as the 《decharging pellets》augment, the critical hits of the shots inflicts decharge for 3 seconds. For smokey the 《decharging rounds》augment also inflicts decharge for 3 seconds with all criticals hits. For railgun every critical hits inflicts the decharge effect for 5 seconds. For tesla the 《accelerated decharging protocol》augment causes the lightning ball travels at the speed of accelerator protocol not the electroturret augment. It deals decharge for 3 seconds. For the rapid fire turrets this will be too OP and therefore they won't get this augment. This effect will help to stop supercharge; prevent critical damage based status effect augment from happening too much. What do you think?
