Ikrrr when you shoot from far off it does 300 damage. However the reload is similar to the pause between each normal clip shot for hammer stock. I got it from missions ultra I think. I also got mammoth UT from ultras during the TO bday celebrations, those are the only good and worthwhile stuff I got from ultras.

I don't use viking a lot tho it's the first mk7 hull I got. The bad maneuverability and slow OD and slow speed makes me want to use hunter more or dictator. It's so bulky! I know right I used crusader as main on spiderhiest for good speed and health, but the dumb aiming icicle is intolerable. Imma gonna buy Paladin as soon as possible as it heals and also offers immunities, an OP armadillo and jammer plus AP to enemies.

I'd say reduce damage. I mean if you're stuck in a corner a reduced fire rate won't save you.
