yes i dont know what to call it? you still can shoot 3 shots ut the reload is so slow so even if you shoot at the ground it takes like 10 sec. to reload and they make every other weapon way better!!!!! that little change to the sniper killed it i have not spent a dime on this game in 2 years and nver will agin in my life tell they change it back never ever will i spend a dime on what this game is going to trash!!!!

why do you have to have a drone equipped?

there prob. down grading alll weapons and to make weapons weaker and reload slower! they do this to make you spend more money and make profits!!
