XP M3 wrecks M2 XP completely, Period. Check the reload time, Impact force, Turning speed, Speed and Power on the Wiki. Plus, if you play XP with M2s at your rank, you will be called a mult and asked to leave. Lastly, as you're quite close to ranking to Generalissimo, you might wanna consider changing your playstyle to mainly XP, because of M4 druggers etc.
