I don't think so. I've also noticed a decrease in bots in legends lobbies, but I can assure you there are still plenty of bots in lower ranks.

Seems like a waste of Ultras for low-ranks, but alr. Decent enough update otherwise

First, just want to say that the entire point of what I said is that the skill for vac and the skill for rail are nowhere near comparable. Railgun is easy comparably. Also, you can't be 2-shot by striker vac with 50 prot (even if they are using booster). Vac's max damage is 1575. Let's assume you are using normal armor and they are using booster. So, 1575*1.25 (damage boost from max booster/crisis) = 1968*0.5 (damage reduction from 50 prot) = 984. So a final damage of 984. This can't even 2-shot a light hull So does it really need a nerf if it takes 3 shots to take down a protected light hull? (that's kinda what protection is for)

Striker Vac and Railgun are practically incomparable in terms of a skill barrier. If you lack certain things (skill or a good fps/ping), vacuum becomes trash. You are not crippled in the same way when it comes to Railgun. Railgun's warmup increases the skill barrier by such a minute amount that you can basically find some feature on any other turret that also causes this (say, using Gauss splash to your advantage). Now I get that this is a bit of a stretch, but I'm essentially just making the point that saying "Vacuum takes skill" and saying "Railgun takes skill" are not the same level of skill, and you can't say that they are the same thing

Vacuum's just annoying when people are good with it. PTA on the other hand is just too strong, a no-effort augment, and lags a battle every time it's used. Vac's not that bad, PTA is cancer, and should be nerfed, partially to make it less used
-
The reason it's a buff for vacuum is because it's vacuum. For striker vacuum, it has RRE so you can place your shots more accurately. So, for magnum, by slowing down the amplification, it allows you to place your shots better. For AGLM, faster time is a buff, because it's not vacuum, and reaching max amplification fast (in general) is a buff, except when it comes to vac

Idk what y'all are talking about. The balls, flags, and Juggernauts are still marked... Maybe messing with some of the battle mode parameters between this patch and the last one caused an unintentional, occasional bug

Well, think about it like this. On average, let's say that you don't play battles like garbage, and so you would, on average, for a full-length battle (which is incentivized now), do decently, but not get top 3, resulting in 2 stars. Now, you also get +1 for joining with a Quick Battle, so you get 3 stars. Now, 3 stars x 3 battles a day x 15 days = 135 stars + 135 stars from missions = 270 stars from doing averagely in each match and only doing daily missions. Now, you can add one star if you do well and get top-3 as well. Now, if you're skilled and get top-3 consistently, that's (4 stars per battle x 3 battles a day x 15 days) + 135 stars from the dailies = 315 stars. More than enough for the Challenge. Now, even if you're not getting top-3 in every battle (Not a lot of people do, after all), you can simply play a few more battles per day. It's not that hard, but at the same time, it is called a "Challenge"

@Opex-Rah Any commentary on this? Has the number of containers for the Daily Supermission been changed? It says that Tankoins were added, but that doesn't mean they replaced the normal containers. However, the patch notes make it a bit hard to tell. Do you get what you would have already gotten before for the Supermission, plus Tankoins, or how exactly will this work? Because if you removed the 3 containers per day, the dev team just dealt an incredible blow to the F2P community, and the playerbase as a whole as well

Well first, I'm disappointed in the Rico status nerf. That was the only guaranteed-status method that required skill of some sort, and it's gone now. Thankfully I have Helios because Rico is my only Mk8 turret right now. They also just destroyed RRE with that splash radius nerf
-
The 90% damage decrease for all status effects is stupid as well. If you're playing with railgun stun, and you land a crit shot, it's just a laugh in the face when you do no damage, and the stun is gone before you can get another shot in. A -30% crit chance would be better, so statuses are less frequent in the first place. But what would truly be a step in the right direction would actually be to stop releasing all these copied/pasted status augments. If you notice, the augments that are fun to use are the ones that change how the turret works. The augments I use the most are Duplet, Helios, thunder's Adaptive Reload, scorpion's Uranium Shells, Death Herald Compulsator, and Healing Emitters. None of which are status, and all of which not only change how the turret works but are far more fun to use than status augments. They need to start brainstorming for better augments like this instead of statuses

It's interesting to see users like you who just toxicly complain about the most useless things. You're just sitting here, insulting people over the fact that the developers made the one turret with the highest skill barrier a little easier. It might be time for you to get off your high horse and actually look at everything without your extremely pessimistic and biased opinion, like Assasin-TO pointed out

I swear. Either Blue is being hijacked to lose, none of them read forums, or they're all stupid. It's really annoying that everybody is voting in the opposite direction.
-
They are probably going to add them in the next big update rather than just throwing them into the game. Why they didn't do it sooner, I can't really say, but I'm not all that disappointed. Jammer is one of the more useless status effects, imo

Mostly fine update, but with some flaws. In the central mode for the battle interface, the nuclear energy comes before repair kit, and it seemed to me like this one should either be close to the overdrive like it was before or after the other supplies. The changes to the turret kill icons. Ngl, kinda looks like crap. The monotone makes it a lot harder to tell them apart, and the new one for hammer doesn't look good in general. It's not really as good of a model of the turret, and the old one looked better anyway.
