I have a screenshot of me winning over 500 crystals in one match (about 4 hours) - I am sure because I could not even get a Viking - I think I was First Sergeant. I know it's tough, but start playing Highland death match - you will earn more fairly quickly.

hte? :D It started to slow down to a halt, in like 2 seconds intervals - ant it lasted for a few minutes. Tried changing server, and restarting Chrome, did not help...

It happened to me a few times yesterday, it started to slow down in intervals, like hickup, I could not get if it was conn speed or is some program from the background killing the performance.

What do you recommend for Highlands map, free for all mode. Freeze M0 or Rico M0? Or stick with Thunder M1? I have Viking M1...

Twins by far followed by freeze. Just sound of twins shooting on and on is annoying enough to make me mute my speakers. I played yesterday with halc777 on Fort Knox III, he was staying well back constantly shooting his twins through the door. It didn't matter if somebody was there or not. It didn't matter if his team mate was going through it with enemy flag. The guy was shooting. I think his ears were bleeding. I was most happy when he was killed, treasuring moments of silence... Yeah, I hate twins. Nerf them for heaven's sake. At least that kickback that can stop me in my tracks. And change the sound. Even if you turn down it's volume by 1% I will be happy.

Your first idea is to make a strongest and fastest tank??? What is the point of that? Hornet M3 would be slower than your fortress? I assume you mean 11.0 m/s...

A simple graph would help out with the problem of mouse leaving the screen: something like this, this size would be enough: |------------------------------------|----------------------------------------| max left . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . middle . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . max right with a simple pointer that would show where you are. It does not need to use extreme mouse positions (near the screen) so accidently leaving the screen would not occur often. I think it is not possible to prevent mouse pointer leaving the window in flash, but Tanki online window is huge anyway. The idea may be rejected (or rather not yet implemented), but adding a feature can attract more players, it cannot do the opposite.

I've got M1 Viking and M1 Thunder - will buy M2 Thunder on next discount. I'm thinking about getting another gun for close range combat. Ricochet or Freeze? What's more fun between the two of them? I'm WO3. Or just save up for Viking M2?

Many browser games support this kind of controls, WASD + mouse is very well transferred in many flash action games I know of. Saying that Adobe does not give a good basis for that, or that it is advantage you cannot use a mouse is just lame. We are asking for an OPTION to use the mouse. There are ways to do it, just by capturing x coordinate of a mouse pointer. It would be really easy to implement, if you need help with that I can make a demonstration.

Try imagining how to use the mouse to move the tanki tanks if barely anything changes from what they are at the moment. How? Move mouse forward, back, sideways? That will involve a new view and everything. Click to go forward? No. Scroll middle button to go forward? No thanks. You see, the only option is the first one and that will involve a totally different concept to the game and need a new view in my opinion. I'd like to get back to this topic (I am aware it's been a while...) I would not change WASD or arrows controls for driving a tank, I would just like the option added to, instead of using < and > for rotating turret - use mouse left and right motion. Space would not be for firing a gun, but for enabling mouse controlling the turret or enabling cursor to press menu buttons. Left mouse button would be for firing, and it would come naturally to every single person in the world who played Quake, Counter Strike, or any other PC based first person shooter or similar games. What in the world are you talking about scrolling to move?????? Turret rotating speed would naturally be limited to whatever it is in game engine, and mouse wheel could be used to change camera angle. I would not change game play in any way just add this option - it would catch on I am sure.

I've had plenty of twins pissing me off, they can stop me in my tracks! I use railgun with Dictator so I guess that makes me an ideal target for all twins... they cannot resist!

That is another matter, customizable keys are a feature that should be in Tanki 2.0, so lefties should have no problem there. I too have asked about including mouse into control of the turret, it has been done many times in many other games, and it makes absolute sense to me. I do not think that anything in turret turning rate should be changed. Turning rate is limited in speed and it should stay that way. Using a mouse comes naturally for any PC gamer, and would only attract masses to this game. Any reasoning why this is a bad idea?

I'm new to having Viking, after driving Titan for a very long time, I am noticing that it flips more easily, even when jumping from a relatively small height. Even firing Thunder does not help much. What do?
