Yeah, I think you're right. I don't play enough to see the servers lagging consistently. I noticed in some of the new "tips" that appear during the loading pages in-game...there's one that says something to the effect of, "unfortunately, the developers can't do anything to fix your unstable internet connection". ? What a terrible way to address the problem - blame our internet connection.

Note of positivity: I noticed that the game servers were much more stable today than previous Fridays. Good updates this week too.

So I'm curious, will this buff to Shaft make the "short-band emitter" augment stronger? This augment is meant to increase damage and reload time in arcade mode. I find it to be utterly useless at its current state.

Let's hope the servers are stable tomorrow. For me in Canada, every Friday for the past few weeks have been terrible. It's almost like the tanki server is perpetually sitting on a precipice and every time they do an update or make any change at all, it topples.

So will the containers that we have currently be updated to include the scorpion turret in the Epic category? Or will this update only apply to containers obtained from the 26th and on...

The game remains non-playable. I've been trying to play all afternoon and only one battle was not interrupted by a skyrocketing ping that sent all players out of the battle with too long of reloading times to reenter and finish/claim rewards. Following the directions on tanki's help site didn't change anything. Only the developers can find an answer to this I suppose. ☹???

As a new legend, I haven't had enough time or crystals to upgrade any drones besides Brutus and Trickster. I don't have any assault or defensive drones upgraded whatsoever, although I have obtained a few (at 0/20) through containers. Like frederik said, I guess I'll have to use 2 of the non-upgraded drones in order to get 200 kills with each. ? that'll be fun

@TheCongoSpider Are coinboxes worth it? I bought over 200 a while back and didn't get anything great. I did earn back about 50% of the tankoins spent though.

Hazel said they have plans of adding in-battle supply boxes (or similar) to receive the critical damage bonus for a time. With this being the case, I can see how this drone suggestion could be considered by the developers since they are actively looking for more ways of incorporating accessibility to critical damage. Great idea!

Great to hear that the DDoS attacks are over for real! The rewards are a nice surprise too, thanks for those. Hope your team can now turn their focus to improving the game based on player feedback in the forums.

I was just guessing 5 seconds as that is the length of time it appeared to be applying the effect for as I was using it. I'm sure the wiki is accurate when is says 10s but I suppose the effect slowly gets weaker from 1s - 10s. You're right about the heat effect being weak...I'm glad I got Wyvern and not Salamander!

Speaking of Salamander shells for Thunder, I received it's twin, Wyvern shells in a UC last week. It applies the freeze effect for about 5 seconds (not sure of exact stats). The ability for it to apply the effect to multiple tanks is really handy. I like to press and hold the tab key to see the hull augments equipped on the enemy tanks. I find most tanks at the legend ranks have the more common and status effect immunities equipped (EMP, AP, JMR) and not freeze immunity, making Wyvern that much more effective in most circumstances. For example, I shot at a group of 5 tanks guarding their CTF base and froze them all instantly. As my thunder was able to reload and fire a few more regular damage rounds destroying 3 of them, a teammate managed to take out the remaining immobilized tanks with a magnum/booster drone shot. Loving it! BTW 9 times out of 10 I use Thunder with Hunter and maxed Brutus or Trickster 11/20 currently.

Please consider increasing the rewards for ranking up as the player progresses through the ranks. We have legends receiving a container for ranking up as well as a first recruit ranking to a private. Most of the time, these containers give 1k crystals. What kind of reward is that for a legend? I see people complaining about this in the general game chat all the the time so I thought I'd bring it here to give the complaint some more exposure. Perhaps it would be tricky for the developers to code but if we could have at least 10 containers for a legend rank up it would be really appreciated. 1,000,000 EXP and beyond should be rewarded with alot more that 1,000 crystals, couldn't we all agree? Thanks
