Out of the 5 battles that I played recently, the players with the broken Rico augment are getting 1100+ score per battle. That should tell u how broken it is and it's only been out for two weeks and players are racking up insane amount of kills and insane amount of points, it's like they are overdosing on something and just pew pew pew 2 shot everyone. Even with the 50% protection it's still broken, NERF the RICO AUGMENT.

Questions to the Developers: When will you ban players accounts that have been purchased/bought other players accounts in this game? I thought it was illegal? Because right now these bought accounts are shaping the matchmaking/meta. The problem is that most of these so called "legend" accounts have 0 clue in what they are doing and often will result in a huge amount of skewness in the matchmaking meta. For example, I"m usually the player who carries like 80% of my team and everyone else has no clue in what they are doing. Matchmaking would end in results like 6-0, 150-20, 11-1, etc. When and will you crack down on VPN usages? I also think there should be a group of people who take into account all the game play of a player.

Question to the Developers: Why do u focus on all the wrong things in this game? I've been playing this game for almost 11 years and although I've taken a break here and there, I have been playing a lot consistently, almost 1,000+ hours on this game and definitely well over $500+ spent on this game. For example, nobody asked containers to be reworked, nobody asked bots to be added(well maybe but like the bots give u almost nothing for killing them). Maybe people asked for a re-due of the meta on how tanks can be killed. But like we have grenades but they took like 2 years to be implemented. Nobody asked for the "rework" of settings and the shop so they look "better." Like genuine question, why aren't you answering your player's/communities questions? Do you just answer questions u want to hear? Do you only listen to your Russian based players? What about a lot of American players like me and European players. This game is so dead that it's getting to the point where it's like yall just don't care anymore. If you don't just end the game right here right now, tell everyone that it was a waste of time and resources and use it on something else. This game has gone sooo far downhill its unbelievable. The only reason I actually comeback is the only nostalgia feeling of it sort of but also it's the only game that is kinda limited to my computer.

I turned on two factor authentication so i can create a clan. I got a code through Google "two factor authentication" somehow and was able to get it but can't find it anywhere in my account now. Well a few hours later I try to log back in and it logs me back out and it says i need a 6 digit code. Well I don't have it cause I can't find it. It's buried somewhere or lost. So how do i recover it? Also, I think it's personally STUPID cause I was already logged in and it kicked me out when it shouldn't have.

The moment I saw this was in settings, I went to turn it off thinking it was going to fix it. NOPE. It is still a bug and it's draining my supplies real quickly in-game. This is especially relevant and obvious when I'm using the Crisis drone. For example when I go into battle, I press "double speed" well apparently the game "supposedly" I pressed it twice so it lightens the double speed supply(cause it prepares for use again after my current double speed runs out). Well when I go press double armor or double damage it goes to those supplies for a second, and than it switches back to double speed. How do i turn off this in-game? I feel that tanki is purposely scamming me. and I'm not that person who have hundreds of thousands of each supply. I only have a few ten thousands and it's getting annoying. ALSO I forgot to mention, for whatever reason, every so often after I "respawn" my "repair" kit is automatically used so I have to wait 30 seconds for it to fully recharge. It gets really really annoying as well. Either fix this automatic supply setting or just don't have it cause it's bugging players like me who use crisis a lot.

Ever since the Microsoft CrowdStrike 2 and a half weeks ago, this game is still not functionally properly. I can't enter battle because I would get a "System Error" every single time I try to "play." When is this game going to get fixed? I know that this game and many games use Microsoft software and engines to run their games. And since Microsoft crashed, so did many other games. However on many other games, they are nearly or fully back to function. But this game is still broken and unplayable for some players like me. Like what is tanki doing actually? Are they trying to move away from Microsoft software? Are they trying to get a new engine or program because they can't rely on Microsoft due to the CrowdStrike and breach of security? I have no idea but tanki does not give us a lot of clear information or communication between it's players and developers. I haven't been able to play for nearly 3 weeks straight properly without the game constantly crashing. Please fix this.

Damn, it gets to the point where, i just quit the game and not even check my containers, garage, or missions tab because everytime I would go to my home screen the elite passes would literally show up. No wonder why this game is going on a downhill. Crazy that it is still even alive after today.

Complaint: Every single time I log into the game I keep getting repetitive "Elite Pass" ads. It even shows consistently when I finish battles and go home to complete missions. Please fix this issue.

I've noticed ever since I got the new meteor augment for striker, there is a bug every time it shoots it's 4 rockets after it gets locked onto an enemy tank. The bug is whenever I get locked onto an enemy target and I'm really really close essentially their tank touching mine, the rockets won't do damage. Now I can do damage very far away but everytime I get super close to an enemy the rockets won't do damage. In the augment description it says it only has a 1 meter splash damage, plus whenever i try to shoot it while I'm by a wall, I can't do damage to myself. Does anyone know about this and is this a bug? In the "cons" description of the meteor augment it should say "No damage in very close proximity."

The title says it all. I saw the interview where the top tankers interviewed with Hazel and the developers said you had millions of dollars in your hands. What are you planning to do with all that money? Are you just wasting it on some useless modes or useless features that it's going to drive the players more away? Are you guys going to fix matchmaking? When will see real changes and changes that will impact and bring back tankers??? Literally this is a genuine question.

Why am I banned for false complaints? Isn't the "vote" button our own expression of how we feel about that player? If so why have the "vote" button anyway? I don't understand, the vote is there so we can vote on people who are taking advantage of the game but clearly there are players who do that. So how what's the point of the vote button anyway if you moderators are doing absolutely nothing about players cheating??????? HUH?????????

Nah bro, nobody needs to have a full length battle. Also no thy weren't just using nuclear supplies if they were, I would see the juggernaut use their own OD but during an entire duration of the battle I didn't see the juggernaut use a single OD nor did their OD show. Moderators know and can tell if players cheat, they just choose not to ban players. It's dumb and stupid, I thought this game was clearly against cheating and hacking but clearly they don't care, they let all cheaters go. So sad bro. Nothing tanki is doing.

Recently, I've seen a lot of players cheating and taking advantage and getting away with it. For example, when playing in juggernaut mode regardless of what team you are on: friendly or enemy. Both team's juggernaut have Overdrives that take a while to load like any other regular tanks. When it's charged juggernaut or non-juggernaut tank there is an orange star on top of the players tank indicating to both friendly and enemy tanks that their Overdrive is ready and charged at 100%. Well, multiple times in multiple battles, everytime I've gone to try to kill the juggernaut every 30 seconds or so and sometimes try using the OD, the enemy juggernaut players does not show their OD or indicate the OD is ready. To prove this out, a couple tankers and I would keep attacking the enemy juggernaut every single time we can and it was in-fact true that some enemy juggernaut players would not indicate or show their OD on top of their take during the entire duration of the battle. Now this is cheating because, you are now hiding the fact that you have OD ready and that's super unfair. Also, what I've noticed as well as some tankers that some juggernauts are able to "self heal" themselves. For example, when I went to try to kill a juggernaut with no protection it usually takes 2-3 seconds to take down but for whatever reason my OD ends up being used the whole duration and the juggernaut is still not killed. Therefore my question is: why aren't game mods doing their job? The purpose of game moderators are to make sure the game is fair and that no one is cheating. Clearly, players are cheating by hiding their OD from team and enemy players as well as self healing. So what's up with that? I've constantly pressed the "vote" button but every single moderator just shoves it off and shrugs and gives me a message saying "vote is only used when someone is cheating." And yet I explain to them why they are cheating and still they all shrug it off as if it's nothing. If one form of cheating is not allowed, than any form of cheating such as hiding one's own OD from friendly and enemy players as well as self healing is cheating. So why is this an issue???
