When will matchmaking be fixed? The new update is like the old tanki now. Where you'd join and then when people leave better people join. I have to carry my whole team throughout the whole game and than new players join with 9999s with 5 minutes left to then have me and my team lose. FIX MATCHMAKING

Hello, I was playing juggernaut mode for multiple rounds and this profile under the name "[Redacted]" is using some kind of aimbot or something. I have no evidence because I never saw him again. But his stats are way too low for his league. Like literally he is a field marshal third to last ranking before legends and only has 13.5k kills with only 2k deaths? I have almost 50k kills and deaths, how is that possible. Plus one man shotted me only once too many times. He's definitely hacking and cheating so I beg the developers to look over footages of that account because something is up. Don't ask me for evidence cause he's gone nowhere to be found, but all i know is that he's definitely using some kind of coding system or aim bot to get all of his shots being super accurate at targets. Also it's not a skill issue cause I've been playing since 2014 and I know what skill is like, and I'm not that person who has skill issues. Skills require practice and this user name "[Redacted]" who is apparently a field marshal is using some kind of system to auto aim and apparently get easy kills. So what's tanki going to do????

Hi, So I've been recently playing the festive mode I will say it's absolutely pointless. So are all the other festive modes on weekends, but this weekend one is especially disappointing(hoppers and railgun with OD that charges like crazy and can be used crazy like every second). The whole point of these festive modes are to be able to catch gold and have fun doing funny upside down tricks and stuff with friends and random players, catch gold and laugh. But now it's literally nothing but some mode that gets you killed every second, people are always trying to target you, and the likelihood of catching a gold box is super rare and even if you do you only manage to catch like 1 or 2 unless you are some kind of God or hacker that takes advantage of the system. Plus on the downside there are way to many 9999 GS players that have zero reason to play such mode because they are maxed. Like what's the point of playing this mode if you are finished with the game. You are literally ruining the game for everyone else especially like me who want to just have fun and catch golds. Also the whole "supply" activation thing is pointless cause even with double armor you can get one shot and get killed from someone who doesn't have double damage, so it's so pointless. And many YouTubers have pointed this out and wish some of these could change and I agree with some of them for example Taspen. So my question to tanki is that there should be some kind of "rule" about certain things. For example if you have a GS that's 9999 there's literally no point in playing the mode, so have tanki block any "9999" GS players until they change hulls or something. Another thing is also looking at certain footage to "predict" how a player will do in battle, so if a player is just camping they should not have access to the mode because they will literally just ruin the whole festive mode. Another idea is seriously nerfing both the railgun and hopper. Like literally Hopper's OD charges like crazy and people are just using it every single second. Also especially nerf railgun in these kinds of modes. Like bro... there's no point of using railgun cause you easily one shot someone and someone can easily one shot you(so there's literally no point in using supplies, you are basically wasting them). You are basically cheating the system by just one shot them and it's honestly no fun for either players the attacker and victim. While it may be complicated I think it can work with some good listening from the developers.

Hello, So I've recently noticed that when I'm Juggernaut I do a lot less damage when I have a low GS OR very low turret upgrade such as MK3 or MK4. Why is that the case? Shouldn't everyone who becomes juggernaut regardless of GS and how upgraded their hull or turrets are should do the same amount of damage? It's soo annoying because I've been trying new turrets and everytime I'm in juggernaut, I always do less damage with less upgraded mk turrets than my mk7 or maxed out turrets. Any explanation for this?

Hello, So I've been playing tanki for a decade and I've noticed that there are groups or so called "clans." My question is are there any benefits of joining a clan? I have a couple friends in one, but I feel like I may not have the time to commit and participate in events and stuff. Like will there be events that we would participate in, I just want to know before joining one, what are the upside and downsides to clans. Thanks.

Hey @kkkaq and @Warpriest So I did some digging, and I went ahead and contacted help@tankionline, and they said that they added the rewards into my account. I presume the only reason was that I purchased the Gold Pass and was and could have almost finished all the tiers on the last day when they changed the star system. So I would suggest going ahead and contact support through email requesting if they could add Hornet XT to your account. That's only with the exception that you were very close to getting the last tier, and have purchased the gold pass, that's the only reason they will add the skin to your account. Hope this helps.

Yes, I agree that kind of sucks now, there needs to be some kind of rule, updates should happen after a challenge has finished and at the beginning of a new challenge, not the other way around, it's sad how this game is dying, and all the devs want is money so they are trying all they can to do much in borrowed time.

Or at least please give me the stars I need to complete the challenge, I've saved up tankoins for quite a while and I don't want to waste 1000 just because the star system changed right as the challenge was ending.

Hi, so I bought the gold pass solely for the Hornet XT, I got no notification whatsoever that the star system is being changed, now for every daily mission I complete I only get 3 stars instead of 50 stars, and now it looks like I wasted 1,000 tankoins on a pass that I'm not going to complete, Is there a way I can redeem my tankoins, cause I had no idea that the star system was being changed from 50 stars per mission to only 3, so did the Weekend missions change from 150 stars to only 15 stars.

It's both man, like i can't do damage at all, ZERO every single shot. it's been like this for a whole month, they need to fix this.

Ever since last the beginning of late last month in february gauss for both sniping and quick shot damage stopped working in other words stopped doing damage! what's going on?!?!?! i've posted about this over and over, and people/mods/devs keep telling me to restart do all that sorts of non-sense. nothing works. stops asking to do all that kind of crap. it's a game issue, and please for god sake, fix this bug. gauss is one of my favorite turret and i can't use it cause it does no damage whatsoever, pls for god damn sake fix this! i'm tired of getting killed over and over due to a stupid bug in the game that prevents me to have fun. just fix it, it's not so hard, ughhh.

Sometimes it's where you are located and depending on how strong your connection is and how far you are from a source/router. Try getting closer to a router or source of internet. I highly recommend using a 5G than a 2.4G network for this game as it's effects in the game may cause you to crash over and over. But as for me I'm not having troubles as of rn on my end.

Hello there, A couple months back I believe it was around the Tanki Loss and Control event during that time there was a tanki fund. Well, multiple of my friends and I entered by purchasing a special pack that would get us into the tanki fund. Well when it ended every single person who entered the tanki fund got the rewards except me. Why is that? And it's been like 2 months and I've not received any rewards. I did receive the tanki online loss of control rewards but why not the tanki fund? My friends and I all purchased the correct bundle. All of them received it but not me, why is that? Is there a way I can contact the developers about this kind of issue?

More than 90% of bans are not justified. I've seen countless tankers not get banned for saying the same exact profanity words. If you think that's justified, I think your logic is absolutely wrong and that you'd need to reconsider your "idea or philosphy."
