Before concluding that the issue is caused by Tanki Online, it is important to perform a few troubleshooting steps to determine whether the problem is actually related to the game, your device, or your network connection. For PC Players Using the Game Client Please check the following: Clear the game cache. Verify that you have installed the correct client version for your operating system. This is one of the most common mistakes players make. For example, if you are using Windows 11 but accidentally install a client version intended for Windows 8.1 or another operating system, it may result in performance issues, crashes, or unexpected bugs. Additionally: Make sure your system is not overloaded with excessive cached data. Delete temporary files regularly. Remove unnecessary files and folders to keep your system clean and optimized. A cluttered system can negatively affect overall performance and may cause issues that appear to be game-related when they are actually device-related. For Players Using a Web Browser If you play Tanki Online through a browser, many of the same recommendations apply: Clear your browser cache. Remove unnecessary temporary files. Ensure your browser is up to date. Check that no unnecessary background applications are consuming system resources. The same advice also applies to laptop users. Sometimes a small issue can have a surprisingly large impact on your gaming experience. Network Diagnostics If you continue experiencing lag, connection issues, or packet loss, it is recommended to contact Customer Support. However, before doing so, you can perform your own network diagnostics using a tool such as WinMTR. WinMTR allows you to: Monitor your connection route. Detect packet loss. Identify latency spikes. Determine whether the issue originates from your network rather than the game servers. If packet loss or unstable routing is detected, the problem may be related to your internet connection or Internet Service Provider rather than Tanki Online itself. VPNs and Browser Extensions VPN services and certain browser extensions can sometimes interfere with game performance, especially when using the Tanki client. If you are experiencing unusual lag, connection drops, or login issues, try temporarily disabling: VPN applications Proxy services Network-related browser extensions Then test the game again to see whether performance improves. Server-Side Issues It is also important to remember that occasional lag or technical issues can originate from the game itself. Like any online game, Tanki Online may occasionally experience: Server maintenance Technical difficulties Temporary performance degradation Regional network routing problems When this happens, patience is sometimes required while the team resolves the issue. If you discover a bug, encounter a recurring issue, or have suggestions for improvements, do not hesitate to contact Customer Support or discuss the matter with the game administrators and moderators through official community channels. They are there to assist players and collect valuable feedback. For Developers and Power Users If you frequently use development tools such as Visual Studio Code, IDEs, virtual machines, or other resource-intensive software, avoid running them while gaming whenever possible. These applications can consume: CPU resources RAM Disk activity Network bandwidth As a result, Tanki Online may receive fewer system resources, leading to lower performance. Additional Tip for Lower-End Systems [ Potato PCs ] For players using lower-specification PCs or laptops, one simple optimization may help: Run Tanki Online as Administrator. Running the client with administrator privileges can sometimes help Windows prioritize the application more effectively and prevent permission-related issues that may affect performance. While this is not a guaranteed solution, many players have reported smoother gameplay after using this method. Final Thoughts Before assuming that a bug, lag spike, or performance problem is caused by Tanki Online, always take a few minutes to check your device, software environment, and network connection first. A systematic approach can often reveal the true cause of the issue and save both you and the support team valuable time. If the problem persists after completing all recommended troubleshooting steps, then it becomes much easier to determine whether the issue may be related to the game itself. Fun Fact : im a normal player in the game and i tried to help from my exp, so dont think im a admin or something you can just skip this whole reply and carry on having issues

Tanki Birthday Predictions
Mohammad replied to Mohammad in Tanki Birthday Predictions Game Discussion
Tanki Birthday Anniversary V-LOG Predictions | Upcoming Content, Tanki Fund, Tsunami & New Skins Discussion Hello Tankers, Today I wanted to make a discussion topic based on my own predictions, observations in-game, and experience from playing Tanki for many years. This topic is only a prediction discussion and nothing here is officially confirmed, but I wanted to share my thoughts about what might happen during the upcoming Birthday Anniversary period and the next few weeks. Upcoming Schedule & Why This Period Is Important Based on Tanki’s schedule, the Birthday Anniversary V-LOG episode should be released on May 28th. At the same time, the eSports Summer Major [Legend Stage] will begin on June 1st. For players who may not know this: Almost every Tanki Major tournament usually comes together with a Tanki Fund event. Of course, plans can change and nothing is guaranteed, but this prediction comes from experience and from how Tanki has handled previous Major events over the years. So if we combine: • Birthday Anniversary V-LOG → May 28 • Summer Major Legend Stage → June 1 • Possible Tanki Fund period This could become one of the biggest update periods recently. New Skin Slots Discovered In-Game Recently I noticed something interesting in-game. The following turrets received new skin slots: • Striker → +1 new skin slot • Thunder → +1 new skin slot This usually means upcoming skins are planned for release. Later, after obtaining the new turret Tsunami, I noticed something even more interesting: Tsunami currently shows TWO skin slots, both hidden with question marks. I also have screenshots showing these unknown slots. This immediately made me think that Tanki is already preparing future cosmetic releases. Tsunami Protection Prediction | Could Raven Replace Armadillo? Now comes the interesting theory. Normally during Tanki Funds we often receive: • New exclusive items • New cosmetics • Final-tier exclusive skins • Sometimes new gameplay content Because of everything happening right now: • New turret released (Tsunami) • Hidden Tsunami skin slots • New Striker skin slot • New Thunder skin slot • Birthday V-LOG approaching • Summer Major starting My prediction is: We might receive the new Tsunami protection called “Raven” instead of Armadillo in Tanki Fund rewards. This is only a theory, but it would make sense because Tanki usually connects new content together during large events. And because Tanki Funds usually end with an exclusive reward tier, we may also see one of those unreleased skins appear there. Epic Keys & Exotic Container Refresh Another thing worth mentioning: The Exotic rewards rotation should renew again soon. This makes me think the upcoming Epic Keys period could become very interesting, especially if Tanki decides to include newer content related to: • Tsunami • New skins • Anniversary rewards • Tanki Fund items Again, this is only speculation, but the timing is very interesting. Unreleased Tsunami Augments Observed This part caught my attention the most. I noticed Head Developer Opex-Rah using Tsunami with an augment that has not been released yet. From my experience and from recognizing augment icons, the logo looked very similar to: Gauss → Solenoid Cooling Later I also noticed members from the Tester Administration using Tsunami with another unreleased augment. This second augment icon looked similar to: Thunder → Adaptive Reload Nothing here is confirmed, but based on icon recognition and experience with existing augment designs, it looks like Tsunami still has unreleased gameplay content coming. Final Thoughts When I combine everything: Birthday Anniversary V-LOG on May 28 Summer Major Legend Stage on June 1 Possible Tanki Fund period New skin slots appearing Hidden Tsunami skins Possible new protection release Unreleased augments being tested It honestly gives me the feeling that this Birthday event may become bigger than previous ones. As a player, I really enjoy keeping up with all these details and trying to understand what is happening in-game. I also like sharing these observations with other players because sometimes small details end up becoming big updates later. Thank you for reading all of this, and see you all at the Birthday party- 1 reply

I think our eSport teams deserve upgraded paints that truly reflect how exclusive and prestigious they are. Their paints should feel special enough that fans can proudly wear them in battles and represent their favorite teams with pride. Here are two concept samples that came to mind. I hope you like them, and hopefully we may even see designs like these included in a future eSport Fans Bundle. Good luck to all teams participating in the Major, and may the best team rise to victory with pride and honor. - Sample #1 : - Sample #2 : - Sample #3 : - Sample #4 :

I would really love to see more effort and value put into the “Fans Bundle” offers that contain the Top 8 eSports team paints. These paints represent competitive teams and the eSports scene itself, so they should feel truly special and exclusive. Considering their high price and limited availability, these paints already carry a rare status because they usually appear only once, and after that many players never get another chance to obtain them. That rarity makes them meaningful for fans and collectors. As someone who genuinely supports and follows eSports, I would love to see these paints receive more unique designs, effects, details, or overall presentation that reflects the importance of the teams behind them. It would make the bundles feel more worthy, memorable, and connected to the competitive spirit they represent

We would like to suggest adding a set of special commands that are exclusively available to map creators in Pro Battles. These commands would help improve fairness, flexibility, and the overall player experience. 1. /kick [PlayerName] This command would allow map creators to remove players who are sabotaging the match, cheating, or disrupting gameplay. It gives creators the ability to maintain a fair and competitive environment without relying on external moderation. 2. /selfdestructall This command would instantly self-destruct all players on the map. It can be especially useful for ensuring fair respawns during organized matches or training sessions. For example, in eSports training scenarios, some players may self-destruct earlier or later than others, creating uneven conditions. This command would reset everyone at the same time, keeping things balanced and consistent. 3. /skybox [SkyboxName] This command would allow map creators to dynamically change the skybox of the map to match different themes or moods. This adds visual variety and enhances the atmosphere of custom battles. Examples of skybox options: /skybox summer /skybox winter /skybox night /skybox newyear /skybox urban /skybox urbannight /skybox space /skybox battlecity /skybox beach Adding these commands to Pro Battles would give map creators more control over their environments and help create more enjoyable, fair, and immersive experiences for all players.
