Why there's no Tanki Classic Development Diary? For the whole month you haven't made any progress or something broke?! That's disappointing and worrying. 2:15 moment in V-LOG, that's not Shaft, it's Scorpion. Hope we get more information regarding those new grenades, for example on next V-LOG. But one at the time: Medic grenade - that looks really good, ability to heal players within the radius. Yeah, might be good for Siege mode or when attacking. Hope it doesn't stop healing after getting shot. But what if it make that too OP?! I guess it can be balanced Smoke grenade - that's bad. Making a small field from where you can't see anyone and enemies can't see you. But players will still do "blind shots" or use them to camp and shoot at enemies. But still "Blind shots" again. Also can't wait to see map being whole time covered with smoke with no visibility to see what is happening and shooting at any directions possible. Teleport grenade - That must be a joke. Really? Teleporting to place where it's launched... Can't wait to see h*ppers using it to catch flag, right after teleportation using overdrive and vanishing from attack field and ez captured flags on CTF or ASL/balls in RGB. The fact that Juggernauts can also use it. Yeah, can be very fun to see how some "tough guy" teleports to enemy base with it, fighting with enemy Juggernaut and ending being destroyed. I'm not very optimistic about it. If it's announced, I don't think they'll remove it after 2-3 years or more or even at all (maybe except medic one, it's pretty cool and not really OP) but unless we know more details about them. Now imagine faces of all those people who lost their accounts due to using cheats like 7-8 years ago or earlier and seeing what "mechanics" have been implemented to this game. That must be a big pain for them and regret feeling like "Why I was even using those hacks when I could just wait 5-10 years to use them without any trouble" + fact in parkour mode there's no punishment for using them.

Once again that paid advent calendar and again copied modes from previous Halloween event. Even prizes are copied from the previous event. Similar with missions. Prizes from that advent calendar didn't change at all. There was barely any effort put into this event. Same special modes which were in last Halloween event. Special missions repeat with small changes which are use X/Y/Z supply 150 times, gain 1000 reputation points on O/E/D mode. Why not make something like deal 1 000 000 damage or heal 30 000 health points? Or destroy players with short distance turrets or long distance etc. or something new... Like mentioned above hunting for strong Juggernaut to get prize for killing it, for example for 2 or 3 epic keys. Not just copy and paste each year. Advent calendar - Again paid one with same prizes?! Why there can't be like 2nd advent calendar, a free one with like 1 epic key or 3000 crystals as prize for each day and super mission giving 10 epic keys, 30 000 crystals and like 1 or 10 rubies. If not to claim by just opening game, then to finish 1 battle. Special modes - again those boring ones, literally were last year. Halloween mode had way too many players on there. Plus fact that those self destruct zones were, once it self destructs tanks, once it doesn't. Current one is also medium, DM with no augments and overdrives, but grenades + campers everywhere. Like that Pumpkin Gold Box festive skin tho, looks awesome. But still, appearance isn't everything.

Fully agreed with the critical comments about that last special event mode "Sumo". Reaching 50 kills to earn 500 reputation points there is diabolical. To reach 1 epic Key?! Not worth it at all. At least those self destructs don't deduct kills and reputation points from mission. But still, on probably every other special mode currently known it's way easier to get many reputation points and to keep them till the end of round. Except seeing how literally every tank is flying like some helicopter and land outside the map ("fun"), few ideas for Contect Creators, for example great possibilities to record Gold Box Montages, getting lot of crystals when you somehow get at least 1 kill, what other advantages does it have?! It's nearly impossible to have K/D higher than 0.80 or even stay with few kills, because of getting knock out of the map literally whole time due to huge impact force and especially on those small maps without any big side walls like Farm, Hill or Wave. Mostly kills are from that Salyut grenade, but on flat surface maps like Farm it's almost useless (unless that it will hit the "gate" above the tanks from below and make Salyut bounce off and explode[check spoiler and picture there], or unless you use objects to do some "skill shots" with that grenade or when making "helicopter" in air etc.) I won't even mention the fact that those Hammers deal only 200 damage (except very rare critical damage shots with 1111 damage). And you know why it's better to use Salyuts?! Because they deal way more damage, even 10x more than hammer shot(2000). Plus the fact kills can get easily stolen, imagine hitting enemy 10+ times till some boi came and by 1-2 shots stealing kill you wasted minutes on. Sorry, but that's too slow and many don't enjoy wasting 2-3 minutes or more to get 1 kill and getting self destruct and -1 kill to score like few seconds after getting it. Why there couldn't be some bigger maps with or without big walls to make a "border" of map like Polygon or Rio or Sandal?! Or maybe increase damage from Hammer turret or increase chances of critical shots. Next time when there will be again that Sumo mode, also reduce amount of reputation points required for it to like 10 or 15 in order to get 1 epic key, because it's not only hard to get kills (unless stolen in "calculated" moment), but also to keep that amount of kills till the end of the round. Unless you want to make it 5 or 10 Epic Keys for that 500 RP on Sumo mode.

I really like the fact there's again this type of event, where we can choose prizes. Such events are the best. BUT it depends how it's organised. And here it's really disappointing to see the few aspects of this event. Let's point some of them: Duration of event - Duration of 2 weeks is too short. Why it didn't begin at the same time when Autumn Festival 2025 begin and end at the same time it will end? That would be way better, so players could have time to actually earn point without hurrying up that much. That 3 weeks would be way better than current 2 weeks. Or maybe try 4 weeks when having 4 week theme event (like Black Friday, Halloween, Christmas etc.). Amount of reputation points per contract - Again 5000 reputation points?! Really?! Why it's still that much?! It's really too much, especially when it lasts just 2 weeks. Why would we grind for that much points?! To get few energies to destroy few enemies on field, not every enemy tank there and not even get a single point?! No, I ain't grinding like 10 hours to clean 1 field and get sum 2 points (or 1 when hit a mine) in the end to reach a single rare key or epic key!!! Change it, please!!! Otherwise don't expect people to do it with a smile on their faces. I'd rather get an event where we can choose prizes, lasting longer than 2 weeks (NOT something like 2 weeks + 1/2 days, NO) and where contracts don't require 5k RP, but like 3k or 2k reputation points. Reduce amount of reputation points required to complete contracts in those events, please!! Disproportion between availability of augments from turrets - That might sound really complicated, yes. I mean here the fact there's a lot more augments for few turrets when for some there's like only 1 or even none (zero). For example Firebird doesn't have any augments there, same for Tesla, Ricochet, Shaft. Freeze has just 1, same Twins and Smoky, 2 for Magnum, when Railgun has 7 augments of own choice, 5 for Thunder, 4 for Hammer. There's like 31 Augments there, 16 regular turrets in game. Why not to give like 40 Augments to choose 5 for players and get like for 8 turrets 3 augments to choose (8*3=24), and for rest of them 2 turrets (8*2=16). To make a choice for each regular turret in the game, so that people can choose for their favourite turret. If they don't like augments for favourite turret(s), they can just spend points in epic or rare keys. I'm not suprised when read opinions that after completing those missions it's free 150k crystals from having Silver Contracts and not completing them. Just 2 weeks and deal with 5k reputation points "missions" in contracts to get few "moves" which don't even guarantee any points for destroying a single tank?! No point in wasting hours for a game and get 2-4 points or one less when stepping into mine. Why not to make that for each destroyed tank you get 2 points and after you step into mine you lose 1 point and make that for at least 1 field "cleared" you have a guaranteed epic key or rare key? Yes, point requirements for prizes would be higher, but that's logic. But it would be more fun and encouraging to participate there than grind that much in such short time and get so little. Hope next time that type of event, where we can choose prizes, it will last longer (3-4 weeks, as long as new event appears like Halloween, Autumn Festival etc.), won't require doing 5k reputation points contracts (2k or 3k are better) and also have better choice of augments (not like 5-7 augment for one turret when other have 1,2 or none).

Tanki Classic news regading maps Divided into 3 categories a) Maps from both MM and PRO Battles in current Tanki Online. Theme variations: Summer and Winter as usual. Most of them will get "Legacy version" (still in work to make battles in old graphics with old textures) Manually insert archive textures into every map needed b) Old maps and old version of them of T.O (for example Silence I, Silence II, Silence III, Brest I, Brest II, Brest IV mentioned) Most work with manual placing respawn and drop zones. The task is to save them and make it so HTML5 supports it, some kind of "museum exhibits". c) Exclusive category/Maps which never were released (for example Gallery, Kingdom, "Mountain") One of spoilers in episode 533

Hiding the advent calendar behind the paywall is literally shooting yourself in the foot (Don't think anyone saved that many Tankoins to get it for free). If that calendar is going to stay for years, that's a good reason to not even log into game (after completing special missions or at all, each players decide by themselves). What are even the prizes from it? 5 standard missions that each of them has 12 Epic Keys and 400 Rubies( 12 * 5 + 400 * 5) + 200 Rubies and some Recruit paint = 2200 Rubies + 60 Epic Keys and a Recruit paint. It's way better to get Rubies by exchanging them from Tankoins (1:1 exchange rate) and save keys from Supermissions and events, in which they give such prizes. Also that point costs 390 Tankoins (same amount if converted into Rubies), so techincally 2200 + 390 = 2590 Rubies, and ofc 60 Epic Keys. Nah, I'm out. Too unlucky while opening Epic Containers... Unless you bring back old advent calendar while keeping that "buyer calendar" for them if it's liked by buying players. A win-win idea for those who miss old advent calendar and those who enjoy current one. Or create 2nd FREE advent calendar, which contains standard missions giving 1k crystals each for 10 days and supermission containing 5 Epic Keys, 2000 XP-points and 1 Rare Key. Is it too much?

Event is slowly coming to an end. I guess it’s time to say few words about it. In general, I have mixed feelings about it. It has both many advantages, but also disadvantages. Advantages: - Cheap price for joining – Just 100 rubies. I’d say it’s possible to enter for everyone for really small price (literally same amount of rubies you get from last tier of challenges). And the fact there was even a small compensation for problems, which had 100 rubies and a day for premium. I’d even say there was possibility to join it for free. - Guaranteed prizes – I mean those for fractions final ranking. All participants can receive it. And since we received a compensation, which I mentioned above, I can say we literally get free prizes. Plus fact stars from daily missions also count, which made it more easy to get keys from event (participation prizes). Three factions, prizes for three places (for 1st place, 2nd, 3rd).Which team which place will reach, it’s to be decided, although there is some speculation ? - Secret territories - That’s a really fun thing there, a competition to receive a new territory with a Legendary key. And also epic keys when having Premium, Elite Pass or Battle Pass. I like the fact there are such territories. Good addition to spice up competition. Disadvantages: - Fact that bought stars also count for that event – The fun-destroying fact that ruined that War. Possibility to buy stars, saving thousands of them and vote 1,2 or 3 minutes before turn ends to make a sudden turnover and from losing by like hundreds of stars you win by like above 400 stars or more. Or maybe build such big advantage to scare enemy to even try defend/attack a certain territory. I guess luckily we received such info pretty late, but ofc it still might be a game-changer (maybe if that’s not „luckily”, maybe answer should be „yesn’t”?). Don’t you already have Challenge Accepted thingy? More star-buying-related events must be there to get thousands of $$$? It would be a lot better if the bought stars wouldn't be counted at all, but ofc, it’s too late to change that. Just please, don’t do the same mistake again. - Possibility to vote for territories which don’t border with enemies’ territories – I think that’s a big problem, since many people literally wasted/wasts stars for such territories that didn’t even border „front line”. It’s not even possible to attack territories that aren’t bordering with that „battlefield”, so there is literally no point on doing that (like defending Capital in Turn 4). Next time there should be some kind of block that prevents people from voting on territories which aren’t endangered by enemy attack (Like Wave, Combe, Opposition, Ping Pong, Magadan in this war, where as I mentioned you can’t attack field that doesn’t border with enemy team). That will be more effective to help your own team actually win or fiercely fight for certain territories. And maybe won’t scare people from attacking/defending on certain fields where there’s many stars already located. Currently, that „no-block” made many trolls to literally SABOTAGE own team just for their own benefits (keys). - Buying Battle Pass again – Yeah, it’s also pretty controversial, because twice in a month there’s a new challenge and some have to spend Rubies again to get bonus keys. I’m not sure if option if once bought Battle Pass, it allows players to get bonus keys for WHOLE duration of event will be accepted. But it’s kinda cool idea. Ofc dreams :S Neutral (might be disadvantages or advantages in once, or advantages for ones and disadvantages for others): - Secret territory „rules of the duel” – Here I mean the fact that you don’t get anything if you try to capture it, but failed. Not standard one and no prizes in general. But why I placed it in neutral? Because IMO this is like a big fight to get legendary key (which is also possible to get by being in winning fraction, which gets in 1st place) and also some epic keys. It’s for a big prize, so there must be a big fight and some risks when deciding to try. Like getting legendary key only on 1st turn it appears, not getting anything when failing, more stars required (10 stars contributed). I kinda understand that. - Information where secret territory will appear – Also a fact that might disturb many players. But, „secret” in their name mean that it’s a secret when it will appear. BUT, maybe giving all those secret territories same time of appearance might be a good idea. Yeah, hope such things will be in next War event. At the same time all secret territory appears and 2 territories for each faction to fight. It could be done better. I think this event is really good and cool, but ofc it could be done better in few aspects. For only 100 Rubies, that are possible to get from last tier of challenges, so like FREE event (+ compensation with 100 Rubies) it’s really worth it. Unless someone doesn’t save Rubies at all it’s unaccessable or is fed up with key prizes due to bad luck when opening containers, but IG that’s understandable. Would be awesome to see such War event again in game with improvments.

Such situation happens because of using the option "Quick Battle" which give bonus star for player after reaching 100 reputation points and reaching TOP-3. That player from second place must've queued "Quick Battle". If you also want to get more stars, just choose "Quick Battle". Missions Screen for daily and weekly missions along with challenge tab is completed in 90% There are 3 daily missions, which don't change and offer: 5 Stars Total of 10 units of each five supplies (10 Mines, 10 Boosted Damage, 10 Boosted Speed, 10 Boosted Armour and 10 Repair kits) There are 3 weekly missions, which give: 10 Stars 1 Container B. Challenges Divided into Silver and Gold Tiers Lasts entire month Silver Line contains: 17 Containers, 2600 Crystals, 30 units of each supply and 1 Gold Box Gold Line contains: 51 Containers, 7800 Crystals, 90 units of each supply and 3 Gold Boxes Stars are earned ONLY via completing missions Consists of 50 levels, most concentrated rewards are in first 40 levels, for example: Gold Box is in Level 39 10 Containers in Level 40 On further levels there's 100 crystals for Silver Tier and 300 crystals in Gold Tier ("are more like bonuses for the most dedicated players.") C. Sum questions with calculations Q: "How many challenge levels will I complete if I play all week?"; "How many supplies will I have on my account if I play all week?" A: 15 stars/day * 7 days + 30 stars from weekly missions = 135 Stars/week + 13 levels of progress; 50 suppplies per day * 7 days + 50 units from silver tier rewards = 400 supplies/week D. "Homework" for players: How many supplies will you have from both tiers in a month? Additional: Calculate how many days are needed to complete entire challenge (Last tier is 49 according to what has been shown to us in V-LOG) Crystals weren't included in calculations, because players decide how to spend them

Just wonderful. Another buff of hover hulls like they aren't already OP enough with those Excelsiors/Lifeguards etc. on battles while giving some slight nerf... Looks like for certain people it's still too little players playing those hover hulls. Can't wait for way more hover hulls on flat maps like Desert or maps with a lot of flat surface. Planes Online

Tanki Classic news about textures and models. The model format, which is going to be used for TC is FBX. It's already being used in T.O. Most of the original textures got optimized. They look cleaner and more precise. Weapons in garage are in their places and display correctly. Adding all turrets and hulls has been completed. Garage got more detailed. Old texture got scoured, reassembled and baked in high quality. Now we can see small inscriptions and elements. Looks the same, but without unnecessary compresion. The "favourite" icon is available for turrets and hulls, not only paints. If you click on favourite equipment, it will appear first on the list. Programmers optimize Classic to make sure it runs quickly and stable. Reviving old code (from almost 7 years ago) isn't that easy. It's not that they redo every piece of code. Work is essential to have all modern features there and guarantee long-term support for years. Steam page appeared for TC in August and you can add it there to wishlist. <---- (I guess everyone knows it [perhaps])

Really, really glad to see reduction of supply X required to complete missions (From 300 in SSG 2025 to 200 in Summer Festival to be reduced to 100 in this event) and one less missions to use X supply Y times (From 2 to 1). That's a big W. It was really tiring to do such missions for a week to get another set of missions with using so many X supplies to complete them. Regarding the first "Old School" special mode, really enjoyed playing it. Pretty balanced with no critical damage dealt to enemies with Smoky (big W) where skill matters (or cleverness, as you prefer). And those Smoky and Wasp VT skins, they looked awesome!!! Can't wait for such special mode to appear again in the game. Not necessarily with same skins for everyone, it can be without or with them (whether player has already equipped them before joining such special modes or not). Gold Box festive skin looks cool. Keep it up for next events!
