I checked your profile, you’ve barely played the game recently, with like only 6-7 matches in a week. Maybe you stick to weapons or playstyles that don’t highlight the issue, so let me break it down for you. For players in the Middle East, high ping directly affects weapons like Shaft in sniping mode, both modes of Gauss, Smoky, Thunder, and Vulcan—all of which rely heavily on precise bullet travel timing. Mammoth’s overdrive is another victim, as the delay prevents consistent damage application, often letting enemies escape even after being hit directly. On the flip side, Railgun, and Scorpion and shaft normal mode aren’t as affected because they don’t rely on travel delay, so if those are your preferred weapons, I can see why you wouldn’t notice the problem. I’ve thoroughly tested these issues on both test servers and live servers, and the results are undeniable. The difference between 150ms ping and a stable 26-30ms is night and day, and it renders the main servers nearly unplayable for competitive gameplay in our region. While there may be other priorities for the game, that doesn’t make the ping issue less significant. If you’re not a Middle East player and haven’t faced these conditions, I suggest stepping back from further comments and leaving this matter to the devs, who have the data and expertise to address it appropriately, they know what's the best for this game and they should know that the ping matter is serious and it needs to be fixed as soon as possible.

I get where you're coming from, and you’ve laid out the issue really well. Crisis is already a tough drone to use with high ping because of its reliance on precise timing. The default 0.5-second switching window between supplies is tight. When you add the international cooldown (around 0.1 seconds or 100ms) and then factor in high ping—ranging from 100 to 200ms—that delay stacks up to 700-750ms or more. That’s massive! It’s why I’ve had to stick to Defender up to now, but even that’s becoming less viable. Yesterday’s announcement about the drone nerfs really changes things. If I’m understanding it right (correct me if I’m wrong), the nerf means the extra boost from drones like Trickster, Booster, or Defender will only activate when picking up a drop like armor, speed, or damage. That’s a big shift. This nerf essentially forces some of us to switch back to Crisis since the other drones will lose much of their utility. And if Crisis becomes the go-to, a good ping becomes non-negotiable—otherwise, it’s nearly impossible to use effectively. For players grinding Matchmaking to finish their battle pass or elite pass, this high ping makes the game borderline unplayable. It’s not just about Crisis; high ping ruins gameplay overall. With weapons like Railgun or Shaft, for example, you have to predict and aim ahead of tanks because the delay shows them as stationary when they’re already on the move, at this point the game is more about prediction than just simply playing. It’s frustrating to deal with such situations when you’re trying to play competitively. This is a mess, and it needs to be fixed. Better servers in the Middle East could make a huge difference for us.

I didn’t come up with this idea randomly or without giving it some thought. Hazel mentioned in both interviews with Taspens that they have a lot of money to develop the game, and he emphasized it both times. So, financially, they’re capable of doing it, they have the resources to improve the game, so they should. The idea we’re suggesting is genuinely good. Even if it’s not the easiest thing to implement, it’s absolutely worth it. The number of players in the Middle East isn’t small; it’s actually a significant player base. And it’s not just Arabs in the region, there’s Bahrain, Cyprus, Egypt, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, the UAE, and Yemen. I personally have friends from almost all of these countries, and almost every single one of them struggles with bad ping, we're talking 150+ that's the best we're getting. in countries like Yemen and Oman and UAE they're getting 200-300 solid. So what do you think they could do to help players in this region get a better ping? vpn is not always an option for us because most of them are banned in ME.

valid servers for middle East

as the title says we need a new server for the middle east. our ping used to be like 50 or less few years ago like in 2020-2022, now we’re stuck with 250-300 and it’s unplayable it made some of us to quit the game. meanwhile EU players chilling with 30-50 ping, you guys know how many arabs/middle east players there are, there is a whole community of arabs and middle east players in this game who wants a better ping, and please don't suggest using vpn we're not paying to play this game, also some vpns could get our accounts blocked so it's not a safe option, even in esports our ping is 400-500+ most of the time while EU players are getting 50-70 this is not fair for us that's a easy win for them. we’ve been playing this game since the release day, and it’s like we’re still being ignored no server, no proper support, no language for us, this needs to change. -

For example: For YouTubers or Popular Players: Some players, like content creators or well-known members of the community, tend to have a lot of friends on their list. They don’t necessarily play with all of them but still want to maintain those connections for community engagement. However, this often leads to spam invites, which can become disruptive. Selective Playstyle: Even for non-creators, some players maintain larger friends lists because they enjoy connecting widely but only actively play with a smaller, trusted circle. Being able to customize who can send invites allows them to manage interactions without having to remove others or risk misunderstandings. This isn’t about redefining friendship but about providing players with more flexibility and control over their experience. It’s a quality-of-life improvement that could benefit various player types and enhance their enjoyment of the game. -

Hi, I’d like to suggest an improvement to the invite system. Right now, anyone on your friends list can send you invites, including people you don’t know well, which can lead to unwanted or spam invites. It would be great to have a feature that lets us: Select Specific Friends Who Can Send Invites: This would allow us to create a list of close friends or trusted players who are allowed to send invites to maps or groups, reducing the chance of spam or prank invites from others. Ignore Invites from Other Friends: For the rest of the friends who aren’t on that list, we should be able to either ignore their invites or not receive invites from them at all. This would give players more control over who can interact with them through invites, making the experience much more enjoyable and less frustrating. Thanks for considering this!. -

Enough is enough. These updates are taking Tanki Online in the wrong direction, and it’s honestly painful to watch a game we’ve invested years into be neglected like this. The constant stream of pointless changes, coupled with your lack of attention to what players actually want, is pushing away the very community that’s kept this game alive. We’ve given feedback, suggestions, and voiced our concerns over and over, but it feels like it all falls on deaf ears. How many more players need to leave for you to start listening? It’s clear you’re making most of your money from parkour players who’ve been buying up supplies, especially mines, but it’s like you’re intentionally making the experience worse for them. These updates are killing parkour. You’re alienating the very players who’ve been spending the most and keeping your game profitable. If you keep ignoring us, this game is going to end up as just another casualty of poor management and empty promises. We deserve better than this.

I have a suggestion that I believe will enhance the game's balance and offer players more flexibility with their gameplay strategies. Since some drones have been converted into augments, I propose adding an extra augment slot dedicated to these "drone augments." This would allow players to use a status effect augment (fire, freeze, jammer, EMP, AP) alongside a drone augment, enabling more tactical variety and depth in battles. for example i can use jammer immunity augment on slot 1 and use lifeguard drone augment on slot 2, solt 1 for status effect augments and slot 2 for drone augments. Additionally, many players have been eagerly waiting for the Mechanic Drone augment to be introduced. This has been highly anticipated, and adding it would greatly benefit those who favor support-based gameplay. I believe these changes would bring more balance and excitement to the game, giving players more options to customize their tanks and playstyles. Thank you for considering this suggestion!

[About the removed Drones] when you guys removed some of the drones you guys told us that they will be added back as an augment, ive seen Driver+miner+life guard+engineer but where is the rest? where's the Camper drone for example, this drone was so good it was my favorite one for a long time, are you guys going to add it back? because i waited long enough its been almost 2 years. if you guys aren't adding Camper as an augment just tell us.

@Marcus forbid players who are chat banned from joining pro battles, parkour modes or just one of them as a part of their punishment so those players should be careful in the future and think twice before they trash talk or break chat rules.
