I would've upgrade the Turret if I were you, Isida is very powerfull and you can survive with a lighter hull because of the healing ability. Hornet M2 is not that bad, not even considering the amount of health you regain when you use M3 Isida.

You may have unchecked mip mapping in the settings. Mip mapping gives smoothes the texture in the game. Unchecking it, the textures will become Raw and 'pixely' Not sure if unchecking would boost your performance; as I get about the same FPS.

-Update your drivers -Stop other active programs, close other tabs, make sure your processor or your modem adsl are not overheated. -Go to settings (The gear button) and disable the following: Shadows, Soft Particles, Skybox, Adaptive FPS, Mip-Mapping. After all this, your FPS should increase significantly. If your question still didn't got answered; you should post it here.
