Do you even realize how stupid it was, playing against a Freeze before this nerf? one millisecond in it's range; and your chances of surviving have been dropped to 10, maybe 15% Stop this nonsense; it's balanced now. You can still use the weapon effectively. The Freeze effect is still the main feature of the weapon.

It's not a fact, that's an opinion. Many others like what the developers do for them.

Even my M3 Wasp will get Frozen almost instantly. 4% is not much; I do feel a just a bit of difference when they're Freezing from some distance. But if they got you from close range; you won't get away. Just like before the nerf.

You bought an overpowered gun, you should be glad that you've been using an overpowered gun until it got fair. This should be a refund, rather a fine. :P But no, stats are as they ment to be now; like semyon already said. There's no refund neccesary.

Freeze is still overpowered, I don't really get what's the problem. I get frozen a lot. I wouldn't mind an extra decrease in stats... not at all. Same for Twins.
