No, they are people not robots... there are countless noobs who can make those custom paints and abuse it. And it should not have a rank limit, even high rankers are idiots sometimes... It should be given to Trusted players... like consultants, moderators or DJ's... etc etc. Clan members could also have this, but I think they have to send their design to the staff first. If nothing rude gets detected, then the paint could be given to them... but in my opinion those paints should only be given to clan members who won a tournament or something. The custom paint has to be earned, and has the user needs to feel special and proud of wearing it. It should be hard to get.

He's right. You can make countless designs, people can use this to make paints that contain swear words, pornographic pictures or insulting logo's. If this was implented, the custom paint ability should only be given to trusted and experienced players. Because there's simply no chance this idea can be moderated.
