Yes. :) You need atleast 1 more railgun at your side to make effective use out of your own railgun. This means kill stealing; and it's for noobs who can't get their kill the normal way. Killing fresh (with full HP) enemies is impossible. you waste a shot, you waste your opponent's health. Buy shaft and be less annoying.
