Yes^ It works like a mouse; you need to plug in the USB-cable with your PS3 controller (The USB cable you use for charging up the battery) If you have a sony laptop; it will recognize the PS3 controller... It's useless at every other brand. If you play tanki; you will not be happy with the controls. And you can't change the controls either. A keyboard is way better; and easier. But playing with a PS3 controller is fun. :P

You can't kill people with railgun; So it's impossible to kill people who're drugging. you're just annoying people with railgun shots... and at the time you finally loaded your railgun; you already got kill stolen. Switch to shaft, it's way better to take out drugger-noobs.

Actually dusseldorf doesn't need much flash memory. It's just hollow buildings.

No, either use the arrow keys or the WASD keys. However; I have a sony laptop; so I can play (not very good) with a PS3 controller.
