I started playing in 2013. I played till around 2020 and logged in maybe at around 2022 the last time I’m not so sure. When I tried playing again recently it turns out my account is blocked? For no apparent reason? What about the years of hard work and time spent on this game? I’m so devastated because even after contacting the team I’m not able to retrieve it simply because I’m not able to answer very specific questions like at what time and date I last logged in. How am I supposed to remember so much details? I’ve done literally nothing wrong to get myself banned and it’s so frustrating that I’m not able to access my own account.
