My god... Everytime I post something it's in the wrong section... After almost 3 times in a row of wrong sections I decided to double check every forum to place the following but apparently I should have quadruple checked anyway lets do take 2 So after the MU and new physics. I thought in starting from scratch again to have a better picture of these updates. Todays I stumbled across this guy, the red tank in the right corner. First of all please don't judge my nickname. I thought it was hilarious to call myself that, lol This guy is quite a character. Under certain conditions, sure you can push your luck and wander around capturing flags with shaft. I played Wasp/Shaft combo, I know the drill. But in a crowded game not so much. Iran isn't even a very advisable map for shafts. A player that complains about a railgun camping is mind blowing. Now a player that uses the mother of all camper guns and complains that a railgun is camping is... hell, I have no idea what it is. The argument faded quietly without any swearing (thank god). He then left and came back again with twins. Then shortly after, he left again before the game was over. Edit: My god, your foul language rules are a bit too harsh. I'm not even sure if I hid what I should because nothing there is even close to a mild profanity. By hiding it, people will most likely think more serious words were used... For the nickname, well I kind of expected this but I was hoping that because it's a more stupid and funny word than an insulting one, You guys wouldn't mind

So do I, obviously, lol

That's something that I didn't think about before, Now it makes more sense. Thanks but i got it figured out Well, it's not that inaccurate. While Wasps needs power for speed, Mammoth needs power to carry all that weight. They require power for different aspects

I use none of them. I'm Viking player

I know this question would be more appropriate in the main discussion but I'm afraid it will get lost among the other "woooo" "awesome" "fail" comments. I'm having a hard time understanding the difference between Power and Weight Micro upgrades. I supose that in the 1st place, upgrading the hull's weight wont interfier with top speed. So taking that into consideration, adding weight will increase the tanks mass and therefore chinetic energy and so increasing pushing momentum. Other tanks will be easier to plow off the way and you'll be harder to be pushed. Therefore one question will be: What is the power upgrade for? What would make sense in my eyes is that Power MU only affects the pushing ability while Weight MU only affects avoiding being pushed. If that's the case, it is wrong in a degree because more weight will obviously be influencing both abilities and more power only doesn't mean you can push heavy stuff if you don't have enough mass to do so.

I would rather push you and the flag down the map's edge than tolerating your so called "trolling"

This topic has deviated just a "bit" If that's the case, buy now, cry later

My comment applies to freeze too. It's terrible when they are against you but when they are alongside you they can be really helpful in key moments. Like temporarily disabling a drugger from going to the flag or running away with it, buying precious time for your team to destroy the drugger or capture their flag instead. Isidas? Harmless? That's a funny joke. Isidas used right can be the most powerful attack force.
-
When you have Isidas against you, you wish they all disappear. When you have isidas in your team, they are a blessing and you think there should be more. Your suggestion will never happen. Isidas have the the shortest range. You want to keep out of their reach? Be strategic and keep your eyes open. The only weapon that may have problems dealing with Isidas is Firebird, the rest has range and/or their special abilities to deal with them with ease.

Well... Quite embarrassing to miss completely this topic so I'm sorry Irontank1v. Lets try again, shall we? This is also a pic for reporting a teleporting hacker. I had many but unfortunately somehow this is the only that wasn't erased from the forum.

I haven't noticed any difference with distances. If what you say is actually true, it makes no sence because the shot should lose a lot of energy for reality standards. The Railgun, though loses 0 firing power with distance as far as I'm know. I supose you're using Rail M2 so the game will randomy choose a number between 92 and 140 that will give the damage. If you are unlucky enough, you won't be able to destroy a M2 Mamooth (without protective paint) with 3 shots, if all 3 hits were below 99 (or with some other variations like 92, 92, 115 for example) Be more clear next time then

The recoil is more a Con than a Pro. The warmup, as you say, is much more of a Pro to help counter other railguns or firing under cover of a wall. Viking and Rail is excelent for CTF to help cover the flag and to cover mid-ground. Railgun itself isn't very useful in TDM and not advised at all in DM. Also wrong. Damage isn't the same. It's random.

Smoky: Player1 Shot Player2 Twins: Player1 Melted/Desintegrated Player2 Firebird: Player1 Burnt/Scorched Player2 Railgun: Player1 Impaled/Pierced/Sniped Player2 Isida: Player1 Drained/Leeched/Consumed Player2 (Isida steals life from other tanks to replesnish his, so these verbs are appropriate) Thunder: Player1 Blew Up/Destroyed Player2 Freeze: Player1 Froze Player2 Ricochet: Player1 Melted/Desintegrated Player2 (Both Twins and Rico are plasma guns, so finding new better verbs wasn't easy) Shaft: Player1 Sniped Player2

I couldn't take pics with all the stress. I was this close *doing hand gesture* to lose the entire game. The only thing i had in my mind was: boosts, enemy flag, kill everybody, protect from hacker and that's it.

170, not many as i expected but still something

Let me tell you about the most epic tanki battle I've done in my life! Game settings: CTF 15 times with unlimited time The map was SilenceII and my team's spawn was at the bottom of the map. There were about 500 crystals in game. We were sure winning this game, we had only 2 flags to go and they had still 8 to win The game was going well until a flag hacker joined the opposite team and started doing it's thing. This hacker was not like some others i saw. He had to appear and then disappear to get the flag. I quickly rushed for my flag and me and my teammates succeeded in killing him once during it's teleports, meanwhile we captured another flag so we had only 1 to go. After a very brief moment of peace the hacker restarted capturing the flags. Me and some of my teammates rushed with all boosts towards the enemy flag. Unfortunately i felt it was too late as i saw the opponents captured flags rising: 11....12....13.....14!!!!.........And by sheer luck the teammates that were at our flag successfully destroyed the hacker once more! So i went into rampage, rushed to their flag destroyed anything and everything and captured their flag! With the help of the team i barely got damaged and returned to our spawn point. The problem was the hacker had our flag now. So i just sat there waiting and wondering what was he going to do. Shortly after i saw the hacker moving towards me. Imagine that he had the hugest lag ever, that's how he moved or teleported, hacker stuff. We tried to shoot him but he got into a building and started shooting at me from inside the building! I successfully destroyed him twice because i could see his smoky gun barrel. Then he found a spot were no one was able to get him and continued firing at me. Me and 2 teammates tried to find a safe place and we got below the big ramp of the map, in the corner of it. The hacker got into the building directly in front of us but luckily he couldn't get a direct shot inside and had to teleport himself outside to get me. so we filled that place with mines though we never caught him with them. So 3 of us, railgun (me), shaft and freeze players were fighting against the hacker, trying to target him in every possible way and at same time defending ourselves from the opponent team. 30mins of stress have passed and we couldn't target the hacker and he couldn't reach me. He finally gave up and offered the flag to the opponent. More 20mins were necessary to get the flag back and finally win!! I wasn't able to remember or even print screen the game for the hackers name because of all the rush. Luckily some of the other players did

You're just jealous because he was lucky enough to profit from that bug, leave him alone, he did well to do what he did, people want points and crystals, what did he do? he got points and crystals, good for him. I wish i was an isida player to let you guys die at critical moments... Geez, get a life...
