There are a lot of unhappy people after Rebalance. I am one of them because I have 200,000+ crystals locked in the equipment I used to liked and with which I played with but now it's useless. More important I have no crystals to buy what works (Thunder M3 + Mammoth M3) and I'll be damned if I spend a cent of my real money before I get some kind of re-ajustment. Sending e-mails to Help and Support doesn't work, the first just say "nyet", the second ignore me completely. In the view of this I came up with an idea that, in my opinion, can be beneficial to both parties. Obviously TankiOnline did the Rebalance with one purpose only - to establish a new source of income with players which already spent their money before. A lot of people when they saw the amount of crystals deposited into their accounts didn't bother to read the fine print i.e. "weapons specs" and are now more than upset about what they've got. Obviously TankiOnline in their typical Russian customer service arrogance can't be bothered with individual cases as long as it's just their time and no profit from dealing with each and every player who wants to return and exchange purchased goods which no longer satisfy the needs. I propose that for some nominal fee (say $5) every player who is not happy how he/she spent his/her crystals can contact Administration personal to have all the equipment taken way and the amount of crystals used to purchase it put back into the account. I would rather spend a little bit again to get an opportunity to play again then just to simply abandon my gaming account completely and I am pretty sure there are many people like this so why not provide a service to your customers and make a little bit of money while doing it?

Because Dictator is faster. Dictator is a platform specifically designed for the clan wars, everything else has a Tier1/Tier2 levels: Wasp -> Hornet Hunter -> Viking Titan -> Mammoth P.S. I had an M3 before the Rebalance and even in that configuration I couldn't master driving it properly.

Any word on rolling the rebalance back? Or at least giving people another chance to buy weapons and hulls by taking what is already purchased and putting the amount of crystals back into the account?

I wonder how many people are actually going to pay again after they got screwed up by the rebalance...

I don't think they ever planned going back because you know, "rebalance is so awesome, no one will want to go back".

I've got an answer form the Help Desk. They say "We will not do it." No explanation given but they did give the e-mail address for the higher level of problem resolution so this is what I am going to do.

To those of us who were playing already on this past Monday that was a no-brainer without the need of statistical calculations. Once you get killed about 30 times in 30 minutes you learn quickly what works what doesn't.

O.K. So I mad a mistake by choosing the wrong person to address but everything else is possible. I've seen hackers getting their equipment taken away and as I said it before I personally received crystals spent on combat supplies as a payback when I provided a screenshot of the game where I was disconnected from the server. So functionality is there, all I need is to find a person who can take away what I've purchased so far so I can buy again with the same crystals equipment that works. Not everyone needs to do that and if there are people that unhappy with the equipment they bought and want to return it, wouldn't it be a right thing to do as Customer Service, even if the administration has to designate a one or two specific persons to do that for some short time and as one-time only favor? Because face it, there are a lot of unsatisfied people who want to have a second chance in choosing what works after the rebalance.

I've sent a P.M. to the administrator about that. I am not asking for my money back, I am asking for another chance to buy the proper gaming equipment and spend the rest on combat supplies. I know it's possible to take away items in the garage and I know it's possible to get your crystals back as it happened to me personally. I've sent this P.M. to Maksim Khusainov but I haven't gotten an answer yet and it has been only 2 days since I did that.

I don't think we need "M4". I think the previous system was perfect: we had chassis and turrets for beginners and chassis and turrets for advanced players. Because we didn't have enough ranks sergeants were playing with marshals and were in a very big disadvantage. Then it was fixed but now marshals started to complain because they basically had no one but other marshals to play with. It was fixed again and in my opinion was working fine and then the Rebalance happened. Now we have majors and colonels playing with something earlier were considered for noobs or poor only. Anyone with a brain is running either a Thunder or Isida and that is all playable variety now. What we need is coming back to system for beginners where they learn how to play and than have a couple of ranks with no options and than start the graduate system with the advanced weapons again leading to M3 available only to the last three high ranks so there is this gaming spirit to get them. Right now we have Smoky M3 available to Marshal, Firebird M3 to Commander, Twins M3 to Marshal, Railgun M3 to General but by the time you reach this ranks those weapons are no longer fun to shoot and that's why I think they should be available much earlier, say to Warrants. The same with the tanks themselves. Before we had poor man's Hornet in a shape of Wasp, Viking in a shape of Hunter and Mammoth in a shape of Titan. The Dictator was a stand-along platform the best suited for the clan wars. Now we have Wasp M3 available to Generals, Hunter M3 to Field Marshal and Titan M3 again to Field Marshal. Why would you buy them now if there better options available before you reach those ranks? The developers screwed up the system where you could try all cheaper options then invest in the one you liked the most and then again buy the higher league equipment. As I said it before, now, once you bought something, you pretty much committed to it until you become a Field Marshal. I think it breeds a unification and not a diversity which is pretty much happening right now.

Everyone got screwed. The only M3 weapon that is worth having now is Thunder, everything else is garbage. Once the development sees that 99% of players buy and use Thunders only there will be another rebalance. I propose to do the right thing now and fix the downgraded turrets before the game becomes "Thunder online".

I am waiting on getting my crystals back with the useless equipment I bought even though I can buy M3 Thunder right now. Can you imagine how much hurt I can cause you with my Thunder M3, Mammoth M3 and combat suppliers worth about 150,000 crystals? I can kick your butt from one side of any map to another non-stop. So shut up kindly and stop trolling.

I am pretty sure many people have seen hackers exploiting the Silence map before where there were players-ghosts that were driving through other players and you couldn't kill them. Well almost the same thing happened to me - I was playing on the Silence map the other day and in the middle of the game I've lost the ability to kill members of the other team and also pick up crystals and battle supplies. The problem was that I wasn't invisible and I couldn't go through other players and the other team could shoot at me and kill me but at the same time I was driving through the fallen crystals and battle supplies without picking them up. This is the third time it happened to me but the first time right in the middle of the game, before I was blaming it on the bad connection with server from the start, so by changing the server and log in again I was able to solve that problem and I didn't report it. Now I am wondering if anyone else has experienced this.

Cast your vote and explain why. I hate Rebalance. The lack of playable weapon options made the game dull. The paints stats are bizarre. I liked the previous idea of having Tier 1 and Tire 2 hulls and turrets, now once you invested in something, you pretty much committed to it for the rest of you gaming military career.

I hate rebalance. Yes I did get the crystals for the items I no longer used (Wasp, Hunter, Titan, Firebird, Twins) since I joined the league of Big Boys with Big Toys but from the full garage of all M3 I barely can afford now half of the items. More important, you don't want anything but Isida and Thunder, because everything else is not playable. The Railgun even in M3 configuration feels like the previous version of Shaft, it takes so long to charge you can't assault anymore. The freeze M3 feels like the previous version of M1 at best, the Ricochet M2 is a joke and feels like the previous version M0. Shaft is completely useless even in the M3 configuration: before I could take down a Mammoth M3 without paint, now I can't take down a Hornet and with the same rate of recharging as previously I am 100% dead if there is no fire support from my team near by. What is done well and what you see people playing with now is Thunder and Isida. 70-80% of the players have them and the game is now centered around which team has more thunders and drugs. When the changes were planned, did the developers plan for this or was it a case of mass stupidity illness? And don't get me started on special paints... The rebalance needs to be done again and this time properly.

I am from Canada. I've got 1 fps on Crash and 4 fps on Gallery. This is ******ed.

I can't log into ANY server right now, even the ones which have a low number of players. Before the screen with the username/password appears I get "disconnected from the server" message. WTF?

I have a laptop with Red Hat installed on it but it's pure for work/online courses. Especially considering that I change the keyboard on my desktop every 3 months due to the "gaming damage" I wouldn't want to use my laptop to play Tanki...
