Ok, i'll start: Chanfana: Lamb, or goat meat. It's made in a black bar jar. We put some wine in it, and it becomes black. Very good, very tender. Leitão: Baby pig. Dunno how it's done. It's flesh is very good, and the skin very crusty (after cooked) XD. Tripas: The tripes of pig. Very known in North of Portugal. I personally don't like it... Cozido à Portuguesa: Mixture of LOTS of meats and puddings, with cabbadge, carrot, potato, rice and some chickpea. It's good, but don't normally eat it... Ok, i guess those are the most known Portuguese foods. If i remember any other, i'll edit this one. Keep posting your foods! The_Killah
