If you go to the Russian version of this topic, there is some girl who looks like she is 16, and she is wearing nothing but legstraps. Also, there are little kids who play this game, and I am sure that their parents don't want them to look at that stuff.

Why would you do that? Why (assuming Tanki was real-life) would tank makers make their paints with intentions of it being weaker against a specific weapon? Nobody would do that.

That's not always the case; Some people on the test server just want to test different tanks, to see what best suits them. If they encounter any bugs,they tell the developers. It's a win-win situation for those people.

But how do you respond to Russians in their own language? My keyboard does not have any Russian characters or symbols on it..

So it'd be like a moving tower? It would be very easy to hit on maps like Wolfenstein and Fort Knox II and III. Despite that, I think it's a good idea.
