Shaft can be very effective since your rank (and my rank :D) is still pretty early into getting it. I'm not a big fan of medium hulls, I either use hornet or mammoth, so if I was in your position, I would buy shaft m2 or if you are fully satisfied with a different weapon, I would buy either digital, rustle, or some other good paint.

Often when I play tanki in my browser, I am unable to play in larger maps because they are simply too laggy. This is also from taking all the advice from all of the topics with advice about raising fps. But anyways, I tried to play tanki in a standalone flash player to raise my fps, but I constantly get fatal errors instead of having the game load. This is also me using the updated links. Right now, the only possible problem I can think of is that the standalone flash doesn't work with anonymous proxies such as Ultrasurf or Spotflux. If this truly is the problem, is there any way around it?

It's good in DMs, I just don't like using it in CTF.

I'm one of those people that really likes going fast. I have m2 mammoth, and I can appreciate its speed, on nitro. Other times, I can find myself incredibly bored at how slow it is. That's just me, I have no wish to argue with anyone.

5.2 at m3 isn't that fast IMO, it's still slower than hornet m0.

Something like this once happened to me, it was before the rebalance, I ranked to WO3 and bought rico, then my internet lagged and my browser crashed, when I logged back in, I was WO2 and I still had rico, but I don't think this is the same problem :D
