Well, just above my post there was someone who had answered someone else's post concluding with the sentence, "And your grammar sucks." Personally I would deem that as an insult had the post been directed at me. As for your second point, I think that there are some decent discussions, but they seem to be very rare. However many topics that could potentially evolve into decent discussions become flooded by immature people who are unable to disagree with someone without calling someone stupid, leading to the many arguments.

The arguing existing in almost every topic combined with people insulting each other's grammar doesn't really help conversations either.

Adaptive fps makes it so that there is no control lag with your tank, meaning your tank will never move extra or have a delayed movement after you press the controls. This is good sometimes when your tank doesn't respond immediately to you pressing the control, but it can lower your fps.
