Did you read the message? European connection means the problem is in germany not in russia. Can you explain me how they can fix it, if the problem is on the servers of a german private company?

Unfortunatley this doesn’t depend from Tanki servers, but from the European connection to and from Russia. There’s nothing developers can do about this. This is why Russian players are not facing the problem, and they are still playing even if you need to refresh the page.
