it has come to my attention that someone has been accessing my acount without my permission. i beleive this because my tank is constantly changing bodies and guns, even though i dont change them. also, when i am trying to log in, i get a pop-up sayin the connection was closed by the server and i have come to the conclusion that this is because someone else is logging in as me at the same time.

i believe they are logged in as me right now as i got told the connection was closed by the server a few moments ago. i have tried changing my password but they still manage to access my account.

i hope that the administrators can help me with this matter.

Change the password to your email account and retry changing your password in Tanki.

 

When choosing a new password make it difficult and hard to guess, containing symbols, numbers, caps and small letters.

 

Do you use another PC to play Tanki, like at school/work or friends house , If you have the remember me ticked then this will also happen.

i have tried changing the password. i managed to change it once but they still manage to get into my account. now, everytime i try to change my password it tells me i have passed by a corrupted link.

i dont play tanki on any computor other then my laptop which no one has used other then myself.

if its possible i would appreciate it if my account was locked for 1-4weeks so that noone can log in as me. hopefully they will lose interest and i will have my account back.

if you can and do plan on locking my account can you notify me a few days in advance?

i have just changed my password once again using your advice. i will let you know if someone is still accessing my account.

once again, someone has managed to access my account. if it is possible i would appreciate my account being locked for at least a month as soon as possible.

Keep your hotmail account open, then click change password on tankionline . Then click refresh on hotmail, and i'm sure it will come.( and it will not be corrupted)
