TANKI ignoring it's customers

TANKI,

 

It has always seemed to me that TANKI do not take hackers seriously.

There are reams of player posts with very convincing evidence, and mods are not responding to the post after weeks.

 

These hackers are pretty much stealing money, it must be illegal (even in Russia).

 

What is the TANKI stance on this? I'm sick of seeing valid (and time-consuming) evidence provided by TANKI customers being ignored while TANKI continue to take money from them.

 

I played a recent game where an invisible hack was used with an obvious bottomless energy hack using a freeze and a very fast hull.

16 Polygon players - he went from 0-250 kills in minutes (and I mean minutes).

I've just played a game with a 'speed-hacker', and should I bother reporting this?

If so - why? Moderators are ignoring TANKI customers.

 

I have applied for MOD status - no reply; therefore - you have enough MOD's.

 

I'm sick of wasting lot's of personal time compiling 'compelling' evidence - only to have it ignored.

Post non-compelling evidence and MOD's are straight in there telling customers that it isn't enough proof.

 

Forget the game enhancements - sort out the corrupt side of TANKI first.

I have read this and will pass this along to the admin. We are all frustrated with hackers and as a mod we also have our own rules we need to follow. We are dong the best we can to help out. I know it might not seem like we are but if you look over the complaints, more hackers are being banned then not being banned. Its not that we don't believe there are more we can be blocking, its just we need to have the proof so that when we do ban and block players they have no room to say that they were not hacking or cheating. I sincerely hope this helps clear up some concerns you have and I am always willing to help out where I can.
