TANKI allowing hackers to retain their accounts

Why are hack-cheats banned only for one month?

Why are their accounts not blocked / stripped?

 

This activity is theft, it is debatable whether or not they would appear in a court of law (in the UK) and possibly receive a criminal record.

Why is TANKI being so lenient to those that steal from it's legitimate customers?

 

It seem's that TANKI is encouraging hacking, and I can envisage why:

When hackers have enhanced in-game equipment - legal TANKI members will no-doubt buy more equipment / crystals etc. in order that they may combat such cheats.

TANKI therefore gains more revenue.

 

Is TANKI encouraging hacking?

 

Please escalate this topic to TANKI management - TANKI is not endearing itself to European countries where more honest law applies.

 

'Redistributing' crystals from hacker accounts every year is a pitiful exercise that will repeat - every year - if TANKI sanctions hackers in this way. The point is; hackers also get those redistributed crystals.

And where is this 'block' of this particular user reported to me - the legitimate TANKI customer?

 

(This is about faith in the TANKI company - if we the users aren't informed; then it just didn't happen).

Can I suggest a separate forum - one that lists blocked (I hope that that means 'banned') users?

With dates against each.

 

This simple tool will give TANKI players some faith that their complaints are being answered - accurately.

 

(I'm here to help TANKI - I moved from EVONY - I'll move again if TANKI doesn't sort this out).

I will suggest it to the admin to see if this can be done. Anytime I ban someone and report it to admin to be block I have never thought of letting the one who made the complaint know when they are blocked. I will let you know what I find out from admin on this subject.
