Its where you can see the battle without being in it. last i saw it was only for mods. we dont know if it will be out to the public

^I doubt it, but if there was a spectator mode now, there shouldn't be the ability to talk to the people in the game, because it would be to distracting, and it would interrupt play. IMO only mods need it (for now)

Yes, only with spectators would work. to discuss the game play. would be great for clan battles, members that are not in the game can watch
