Two problems: HELP email address rejects and creating battles

I tried to email help@tankonline as suggested by many for other problems but I get a rejection listed here:

 

Your message cannot be delivered to the following recipients:

 

Recipient address: help@tankionline.com

Reason: Remote SMTP server has rejected address

Diagnostic code: smtp;550 "host dialup"

Remote system: dns;mw2.tankionline.com (TCP|206.46.173.11|34663|217.65.2.42|25) (mw2.tankionline.com, ESMTP EXIM 4.77)

 

Who needs to know about this???

 

 

My other problem is that I can't create new battles anymore. Here's the message I tried to send to HELP:

 

Dear Tanki Help,

 

I didn't know the right forum to ask about this. At my home PC and MAC, neither computer can create battles. Both could do so about two weeks ago but something must have changed. My work PC can still create a battle.

 

When I click "create" I get the 2042 DM winter scene. When I choose another battle field (say: Skylark), the image does not change. When I click in the name box, it blanks out, and then I click Skylark again and Skylark is put into the name box but the picture is still 2042 winter. If I click summer, I see 2042 summer.

 

Also, on the participant rank slider bar, I only have my rank (warrant officer 2) shown, I can stretch it out but this is not what it used to look like. At my work PC, I have a fully stretched slider bar when I create a battle.

 

I haven't changed any system configurations in many months. I don't think I have a bad flash player or Firefox issue.

 

Do you know what's going on? Would any screen snaps help?
