Couldn't Take Enemy Flag

If you will look at my screenshot I couldn't take the enemy flag. (and no it was not lagging because people were destroying others tanks so I don't know what happened.)

Maybe a few moments ago all the tanks were frozen and spun around? When this happened and I tried to take enemy flag, it would not let me. Did they spin around?

Glitch, happens sometimes after a lag has occurred. sometimes occurs randomly, should return back to normal when you die.

It is perhaps most annoying of all glitches, it is caused when the game lags and unable to register that you are taking the enemy flag, and you pretty much have to die in order to restore your position and ability to get the flag.

If there did not occured any lag you MUST have dropped the flag 5 or less seconds ago.

because you can't pick it up again under 5 seconds when you pressed ''F''

 

But due to that picture you've uploaded I can't really say you have dropped the flag there.
