About the /vote command

Recommended Posts

Well, this feature is a very good command to be used whenever something "illegal" happens, but it has it's bad side. What I recommend would be to put what this is and how to use it in the tips part of the loading screen. Another thing would be as a reminder in battle chat and lobby chat.

Also, "To make something happen, 50% of the players in the battle, plus one person my complain against one player." that is a bit to much, im sure 50% of players in most battles don't even know there IS a vote/complaint button, if you're not going to "advertise" this command, and least change the part of how many players must vote to get a mod to "react" to the problem.

Since, I play in low ranked games (and so do many other players) there are multiple hackers, and sometimes screenshots are not enough, or are not in time. So in my opinion, this idea would help our community success further!

Well for one' date=' it takes a while to upload videos for some people, and two, most don't want to go out of their way of opening a recording program :/[/quote']

and 3rth just ''saying'' someone is a hacker will not result in a ban.

so yes as stated this is useless...

I don't see any improvement here.

but,

consider I use you system when I'm mad at someone...

and I type in blablabla he uses these hacks and make a quite good story there.

I make it as much as ''reliable'' as it looks, but ofcourse, only I know he was not hacking.

and without proof I sent this to the mods.

Do you expect they will ban the player with the information I gave?

Well, as it is, 50% of the players have to type in the code for mods on the server to even see it... and then they have to go in and check it out and see if there is a hacker. If there is, then, they simply ban him. that simple. You cant just ban your friends or anything.

The system can be abused and modators will have to look in thousands of fake reports...

Owh wait, misunderstood by me.

sorry, didn't knew it already existed.

Solution: play at night reason: there are lots more mods during night (for Americans) Why? that's russia DAY time. i got a mod to view it and banned the hacker for a month.

He should get a perma-ban for that.
