It seems over-powered because if tanki implemented this into the game, it would be the only weapon that could be upgraded to m4. That would throw the game off-balance. I personally do not think we need m4 weapons, but if tanki ever decides to do this ... I'd suggest they lower the rate of fire on the m4 thunder, it's too fast.

I think this picture of Thunder M4 is a tad better in my honest opinion.

 

 

As for the stats, they are good, but the price needs to go down a bit.

4500*3 is actually 13500, so you should multiply that number instead of 14000, it would give you a bit cheaper price of 40500, which is still quite a lot.

So I think it should be in the range of 28025 to 37850 at most!

 

As for damage, a bit strong, but that's what protection paints are for!
