What is splash damage of thunder?

 Share

Recommended Posts

I am at the Sergent rank right now and i want to plan for my future weapon. I am playing with smoky m2 at the moment, thinking of upgrading to m3 and save up for thunder. But i am not aware of splash damage of thunder. can someone explain how does it work?

One more thing, i will buy viking once i reach to that rank of WO1. So, shall i keep playing with my wasp m2 till then ans save up for Viking or get some other tank?

If you hit one tank with thunder and another is close to it, it damages the other tank too o;

What about the self damage?

Thunder's splash damage works within 10 metres of where the thunder shot was fired. It cannot splash through or around walls. Between the range of 0 metres and 5 metres, the splash damage is maximum (e.g. the amount of damage the thunder shot would do without splash). After 5 metres, the splash damage incrementally decreases (e.g. the damage of an m3 thunder's splash at 9.5 metres exactly is probably going to only be around 5 hp).

Remember also the fact that the damage from a thunder shot variates between the numbers shown in the garage randomly. Each thunder shot does not do the same amount of damage. M0 Thunder randomly shoots at between 21-35 hp per shot, for example.

I'd say go for Wasp M3 first. Or get M0 Dictator just to last the time. Or, if you are patient, wait for viking.

What about the self damage?

It is a random figure between the range of the damages that are shown in the garage/FAQ.

Basically my friend, think of splash damage as literally a splash, but instead of water being splashed, it is pain

That is what Thunder does, its bombs release damage that splashes all nearby tanks!

NO, it shoots solid rocks, when they hit the're getting crushed by the tank; releasing several mini rocks, see those as shrapnel. 8)

splash damage means when you shot and your close to your enemies you will lose some health and don't buy tanks like:hornet or dictator cos they are not so good for thunder

One thing you should know, is that M2 smoky can do more damage than M0 thunder in 1 minute. Do the math if you don't believe me. So if u buy thunder, use the smoky until you can upgrade thunder.

You sould upgrade smoky. Then, you should learn basic lessons how to play with it.Smoky is

a perfect gun, when it is in good hands...

yep, i am playing with my smoky m3 ans wasp m2 these days, really enjoying this combo. I will keep smoky m3 until i get enough crystals for thunder m2.

Thanks for your input. :)
