He just keeps saying 'This thread can be closed', as IMO Consultants and Candidates for Mods could say.

Yes, it's not a big deal, but it is really annoying to check the new posts in some threads, and to find out that the new posts contain the same exact thing - a smart noob, acting like a special guy...

BECAUSE it looks stupid when a NON-MOD says it.

And because when you post it in 10 different topics, it looks even more stupid, and can be taken as flood (I hope so).

You want to make the Forum a better place - you are doing it the wrong way.
