Rico and its shock/impact?

I don't care if the developers increased the power of the Rico ... if they did!!

 

I don't care if the developers increased the size of the shot and the associated "blur"!!

 

I DO CARE about the SHOCK/IMPACT of being hit. Have the physics changed?

 

In my opinion it is just too BIG!!

 

You can't even get off a shot if you are nose to nose. You can't get a target on it. The shake is too much.

That kind of shock/impact should be from a Thunder, not a Rico.

 

I have tried all three. M3 Hornet, M3 Viking, M3 Mammoth. If it can shake a Mammoth off target ... is that too much?

 

JUST WONDERING. It could be me. I will adjust either way. Rico is just Twins on steroids designed for people that can't aim.

 

Great job on the 1.100.? I noticed the WHINE LEVEL has decreased dramatically. Some people will just not let their old toys go.

Dude Rico is bawse. And no.. I dont think they changed the impact of the plasmic shots. It has always been like this and I hope it stays this way.

 

I am a rico player myself. Been using it for more than 1 year and I LOVE THE WEAPON too much. 8)

It's stupid that Ricochets don't hit you but as the ricochet shot passes by you it takes off your lives like a magnet - if that's not meant to happen then admins please fix this :|

 

That is due to a lag that comes from your shooting a player that lives hundreds (if not thousands) of miles away. On his screen, he is actually hitting you with his bullets. That is a very difficult lag to fix, since it includes speeding up the sending of information form both users to the Tank servers.

I don't think so myself. I have Zeus. I still get the BIG IMPACT. Zeus only decreases the damage, not the impact.

 

I don't think Rico dominates the game. It all depends upon the map and your choice of turret, hull, and paint.

 

I have Rico. I rarely use it. I like to turn the turret. Rico's turret rotation is just a tad too slow for me.

I bet his favourite weapon is Firebird. XD

Too bad the Thunder`s splash damage has been reduced... ( i`m a Thunder player, The BOSS...)

Thunder was the weapone with most knockback and/or impact size. (You were albe to make many weapons miss their shots)

 

Now it`s the shots have low cyrcle and the splash is too much smaller.

rico is under powered :(

 

Are you kidding me???

 

Rico is one of the most higher powered weapons...! ( It has ( 28 ) X ( 60 seconds )=1680 Damage per minute!)

 

Or

 

14 average rico shot (12-16) and it has 2 shots in 1 second, So its 28 per second. Now we have 60 seconds in 1 minute. So its (12+12) X 60=1860= Ricochet average DAMAGE per second) or (DMP)

True, actually. Rico shots don't always need to directly hit you in order to inflict damage - sometimes they whizz by at close range and suck away HP :|

Incorrect; only the explosion animation has been made smaller, they didn't affect the splash damage or knockback whatsoever.

You need to check more than one turret. There are plenty of comparison tables on the forum.

Actually it is my favorite. Hornet, good paint, and plenty of drugs.

 

It is still dangerous on some maps. Or didn't you know that?

 

I have other things in my toy box. I play with them sometimes.
