For the black hole scenario. It's pretty much impossible for us to get sucked into a black hole since the nearest one is like 20 light years away, and the world going as fast as light would destroy the Earth from debris and all that junk in space.

The world isn't going to end. The Mayan calendar didn't include leap years, if the world was truly going to end then it would of ended months ago. These disasters happening around the world is just the tectonic plates and winds hitting each other at great forces. The continents are just moving and soon going to form the super continent Pangaea Ultima.
