why technicall support reply with the same message ?

hi i make this topic to found a solution to remove thebanned of my other account is marchall all m3 paint python and iferno and needle and zues ...

so i always send message to technicall support and try to explain every thing and give all information i have and beg to them but they always reply with one message is : Hello, welcome to the Tanki Online technical support. They have answered your complaint. What they are saying is the reason you have been blocked is due to you sharing your account. If you have never shared your account you need to inform them and give them proof of this as of right now your account shows more then one user has been on this account. Please do not make any more post about this subject as there is nothing a mod can do to help you. You need to deal strickly with the support team at help@tankionline.com
