administrators dont even visit forum or read PM

let me see... whom to complain about moderators? administrators are 'above' moderators, right? but they dont read PM:

Firstly, discussing Administrators'/Moderators' work is forbidden, you can be banned for creating this thread.

But ok, let's leave that.

 

If you want to complain from a Moderator, you should PM a Chat Administrator.If they don't respond, you should send your request to help@tankionline.com.They will run an administrative check of Moderator's actions (see the Rules, that's written there).

The people you mentioned - you aren't 100% correct - Flanagun is a Forum Administrator, not a Chat one (I agree, his avatar should be changed).

Maksim Khusainov is the Russian Community manager.His job is not to check and control Mods.Yes, he is a Chief Forum Administrator, meaning he has full Forum powers.But that doesn't mean his job is to control the Forum.

i dont have problems with Chat moderators but mentioned users are all Administrator and they are 'above' Moderarators, right?

 

also, rules only mention BAN situation (If you think that you've got your ban without any cause you should send the pretension to help@tankionline.com.). what about real complains about moderators work and decision? whom to send PM when they dont read PM?

Even if they (Chat Admins) respond in PM, they will just forward your complaint to the Tech Support (help@to.com) who will 'run an administrative check on Moderators' actions'.So, if the Admins don't respond in PM, contact the Tech Support.

Yes, they are above Mods, but for example, I told you, Maks' job is not checking Mods, so he won't respond.Same for Flanagun, he is a Forum Admin, he has nothing to do with Chat Mods (but with Forum ones, maybe yes).

and you again!! i never said that i have problems with Chat moderators. Flanagan is listed as Forum Administrator and i have complain about forum moderator(s).

so, for future (before someone correct Rules text) all complains about moderators should go to help@tankionline.com, right? that was my original question.
