OMG I can't get my account back!

Now I have this situation - someone got into my account and I dunno how but changed my password! On my Wiki-goo AND my Wiki-tank accounts. Now I was such a noob I logged out of my account and now I can't get into it. Whoever has taken my account - watch me, I'll get it back! But it will take maximal 30 days - I can't wait that long :(

 

And why the heck account recovery don't work?! I put my username on there but it still doesn't work - and how the heck someone got my account anyway?! How could someone change my pass?!

 

Someone else who changed pass to my account - that's stealing, right?! Because I even wasted my money on that account!

Grrr... That stupid ****** hacker buyed so many drugs with my crystals I've been collecting for ages and got me Irbis paint!!! Those admins can't be asked to help me out now. I didn't even want Irbis, well kinda I did, but now now! I somehow got on my account through my sister's comp. I need help and fast, what do I do?!

Give them as much proof as possible... screenshots videos; etc.

 

Make a better password next time, and WRITE it down and put it under your mattress.

Man, no offense, but you're the funniest thing I've ever seen...

 

Check your PM - don't you remember?You told me you wanted a test server invite code (facepalm), so you went to something.pp.ua - you entered there your name and password, right, like a pure noob.That's how you lost your account.

 

Double facepalm for this, because as we all know, or at least MUST know is that every 'Tanki' site, registered with the free domain pp.ua is a SCAM site - usually, they ask you for your username and password and promise you you will become a moderator/tester - this is just scam - you will NOT become a moderator, nor a tester, you will just lose your account.

 

But I still think you can get it back, if you're lucky- if you sent the email to help@to.com, just wait and follow their instructions.

i can only help you with this:

if you put your e-mail in the settings window, you can put ur e-mail at the login part where it says "lost nick or pass?" and your pass will be e-mailed to you.

but that only works to recover 1 account...

:blink: Oh yeah, I didn't think of that. Never though they gona do this... Anyway they got my big account AND my small account - it all makes sence! Anyway, I'll be changing my pass on big account and then I'll change my pass on my small one as well. Now that I got nothing to worry about, thanks :)

I clicked on change password, but it did not send it to my e-mail. I must have changed my email to wiki-goo@inbox.lv but I do not remember password for that one, so I must go the hard way and ask admins to change my pass.

My account got hacked and banned forever and i had to wait a month and remember every inch of my account anf they sent me the email i had to wait a month to find out if i would get it back and i also needed proof by using a friend i used kupa/olek and well never going through that again

Well, if you have about 8 emals created, then you definitely forget your pass.

 

Besides, there is no way I can get in my account without a pass, because the log in without e-mail does not support e-apollo but only inbox meanwhile my registered e-mail is dragonoid@e-apollo.lv so this is just crap.

if you have an email account and entered it when you made the account for tanki you sould be able to go there and make a new password
